【摘要】：中國正處在社會轉(zhuǎn)型和城市化快速發(fā)展時期,隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和城市化的不斷加劇,城市發(fā)展問題成為城市學(xué)領(lǐng)域的重要研究課題,文化則是近年來各個國家發(fā)展城市和進行城市競爭所關(guān)注的焦點。本文綜合二者的研究特點,以城市文化作用機理為核心理論,提出了“城市文化和城市發(fā)展研究”的主題。希望借助城市文化的力量能夠有助于實現(xiàn)當(dāng)代城市的持續(xù)發(fā)展。 全文緊扣城市文化作用城市發(fā)展的主題,依照提出問題、理解分析問題、舉例研究實踐及深化應(yīng)用的邏輯順序展開。首先,在傳統(tǒng)對城市文化理解的基礎(chǔ)上提出了三個更切實際的理解層面,這三個層次覆蓋了思想層面、行為方式層面和經(jīng)濟層面,突顯出本研究對城市文化內(nèi)涵系統(tǒng)、綜合、全面的把握性；其次,將文化作用機理引入到城市文化與城市發(fā)展的聯(lián)系中,從城市文化的根植作用、催化和潤滑作用、物質(zhì)吸引作用、直接經(jīng)濟作用這四個作用方面構(gòu)建出一套城市文化作用機理的框架；第三,采用實例研究方法,對成都市的文化類型與戰(zhàn)略策略進行系統(tǒng)梳理,圍繞休閑文化與經(jīng)濟競爭、會展文化與會展經(jīng)濟、歷史文化遺產(chǎn)與旅游經(jīng)濟、成都的城市文化與城市定位四個角度進行實例研究；最后,探討政府策略對文化與城市的影響以及成都城市文化政策走向,并總結(jié)出相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗和對策,深入實踐了城市文化的運用。 文化是城市的靈魂。本文以基礎(chǔ)的城市文化理解和城市文化作用機理為理論骨架,以成都的城市文化運用和政策發(fā)展走向為實踐血肉,步步進行的深入研究,目的不在于給城市管理者提出具體的高深建議,只希望能帶給讀者更多創(chuàng)新思維和啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:China is in the period of social transformation and rapid urbanization. With the development of economic globalization and urbanization, urban development has become an important research topic in the field of urban science.Culture is the focus of the development of cities and urban competition in recent years.Based on the characteristics of the two studies and the core theory of the action mechanism of urban culture, this paper puts forward the theme of "the study of Urban Culture and Urban Development".Hope that the strength of urban culture can help to achieve sustainable development of contemporary cities.The full text follows closely the theme of urban development in the role of urban culture, according to posing questions, understanding and analyzing problems, giving examples to study practice and the logical sequence of deepening application.First of all, on the basis of the traditional understanding of urban culture, three more practical levels of understanding are put forward, which cover the ideological level, the behavior level and the economic level.Secondly, introducing the mechanism of cultural action into the relationship between urban culture and urban development, from the root role of urban culture, catalytic and lubricating role, material attraction,In the four aspects of direct economic action, a set of framework of urban cultural action mechanism is constructed. Thirdly, the cultural types and strategic strategies of Chengdu are systematically combed by the method of case study, which revolves around leisure culture and economic competition.Exhibition culture and exhibition economy, historical and cultural heritage and tourism economy, Chengdu's urban culture and city orientation are studied from four angles: finally, the influence of government strategy on culture and city and the trend of Chengdu's urban cultural policy are discussed.And summed up the relevant experience and countermeasures, in-depth practice of the application of urban culture.Culture is the soul of a city.This paper takes the basic understanding of urban culture and the mechanism of urban culture as the theoretical framework, taking Chengdu's application of urban culture and the trend of policy development as practice, and makes a further study step by step.The aim is not to give specific and profound advice to city managers, but to bring readers more innovative thinking and inspiration.
