【摘要】：美術(shù)館是收藏、管理、展覽國家藝術(shù)珍品和交流文化的場所[1]。美術(shù)館內(nèi)收藏著大量的價值不菲的藝術(shù)品,對這些藝術(shù)品信息的記錄和管理工作就非常重要。為了簡化對藝術(shù)品信息的管理工作,在減輕美術(shù)館員工工作負擔的同時提高員工的工作質(zhì)量,本次設計將結(jié)合計算機技術(shù)設計與開發(fā)一款針對藝術(shù)品管理的美術(shù)館藝術(shù)品管理系統(tǒng)。美術(shù)館藝術(shù)品管理系統(tǒng)將主要實現(xiàn)作品基本信息管理、作者管理、作品去向管理和系統(tǒng)用戶管理這四個模塊的主要內(nèi)容。作品信息管理將分為作品類別管理和作品庫管理。用戶將可以在作品庫中查看到館藏的所有藝術(shù)品的信息,系統(tǒng)將支持用戶通過多個條件對館藏藝術(shù)品進行快速查詢。作者管理即是對館藏作品的作者信息進行管理,用戶可以在這里查看到作品作者的聯(lián)系方式等信息,還可以查看到某一作者在該館內(nèi)的全部作品。作品去向管理將主要實現(xiàn)對館藏藝術(shù)品的入庫、出庫、丟失以及損壞情況的記錄與管理。用戶管理將實現(xiàn)對美術(shù)館內(nèi)員工信息的管理和系統(tǒng)用戶的管理。因為美術(shù)館內(nèi)的藝術(shù)品的入庫、出庫等都要記錄其相關(guān)負責人,因此對館內(nèi)員工信息的記錄非常重要,在某一件藝術(shù)品出現(xiàn)問題時,可以通過系統(tǒng)快速找到該藝術(shù)品的相關(guān)負責人。系統(tǒng)用戶將主要分為普通用戶和管理員用戶。普通用戶可以使用系統(tǒng)對作品基本信息、作品作者、作品去向以及館內(nèi)員工信息進行管理,還可以對自己的基本信息和登錄密碼進行修改。管理員用戶除了可以執(zhí)行普通用戶的權(quán)限外還可以對其他用戶信息進行查看、增加、修改和刪除操作。美術(shù)館藝術(shù)品管理系統(tǒng)將是一個B/S架構(gòu)的系統(tǒng),用戶可以通過瀏覽器頁面登錄系統(tǒng)、使用系統(tǒng)。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)技術(shù)方面,本次設計與開發(fā)將使用J2EE技術(shù)和MVC框架,使用My Eclipse 8.5作為本次設計的開發(fā)工具,開發(fā)環(huán)境為JDK 7,系統(tǒng)環(huán)境為Windows 7。在數(shù)據(jù)庫方面,本次設計與開發(fā)將使用Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫。Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)是一種高效率、可靠性好的適應高吞吐量的數(shù)據(jù)庫解決方案[8]。
[Abstract]:Art galleries are a collection, management, exhibition of national art treasures and cultural exchange places [1].The art gallery has a large collection of valuable works of art, the recording and management of these works of art information is very important.In order to simplify the management of art information, and to lighten the work burden of art museum staff and improve their work quality,This design will combine computer technology to design and develop an art gallery management system for art management.The art art management system of art gallery will mainly realize the main contents of the four modules: the basic information management of works, the author management, the work destination management and the system user management.Work information management will be divided into work category management and work library management.Users will be able to view all the works of art in the library, the system will support users through multiple conditions to quickly query the collection of works of art.Author management is the management of the author information of the works in the library. The user can see the contact information of the author of the work and all the works of a certain author in the library.The management of work direction will mainly realize the recording and management of the storage, exit, loss and damage of the works of art in the library.User management will realize the management of staff information and the management of system users.Because the entry and exit of works of art in the art gallery have to record the relevant persons in charge, it is very important to record the information of the staff in the museum. When there is a problem with a certain piece of art,You can quickly find the person responsible for the art through the system.System users will be divided into ordinary users and administrator users.Ordinary users can use the system to manage the basic information of the work, the author of the work, the destination of the work and the information of the staff in the library, and can also modify their basic information and login password.Administrator users can also view, add, modify and delete other user information in addition to normal user permissions.Art museum art management system will be a B / S architecture system, users can access the system through the browser page, using the system.In the system development technology, this design and development will use the J2EE technology and the MVC frame, uses my Eclipse 8.5 as this design development tool, the development environment is JDK 7, the system environment is Windows 7.In the aspect of database, this design and development will use Oracle database. Oracle database system is a kind of high efficiency, good reliability database solution that adapts to high throughput [8].
