【摘要】：高校名人檔案具有非常大的宣傳價(jià)值與教育價(jià)值,這種價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)不僅僅依賴(lài)于基礎(chǔ)性的檔案收集和管理工作,還依賴(lài)于高校名人檔案信息的傳播工作。高校名人檔案信息的傳播有助于加強(qiáng)對(duì)高校師生的教育作用,特別是在道德和科研方面的教育作用尤為突出,同時(shí)也有利于營(yíng)造優(yōu)秀的校園文化。另外,高校名人檔案信息傳播還具有重要的社會(huì)意義,不僅是對(duì)高校自身形象的一種展示和提升,也是一種社會(huì)文化的傳承和升華。從目前的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,檔案界的研究觀(guān)點(diǎn)和研究思路還偏向于簡(jiǎn)單化和表面化,一些研究盡管已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到高校名人檔案信息傳播的重要性和必要性,也對(duì)具體的信息傳播要素有一定的認(rèn)識(shí)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),但缺少對(duì)傳播新思路、新模式的探索和思考。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外高校檔案機(jī)構(gòu)名人檔案信息傳播情況進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研及實(shí)地調(diào)研,并結(jié)合筆者參與的老科學(xué)家學(xué)術(shù)成長(zhǎng)資料采集工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)高校名人檔案信息的傳播內(nèi)容、傳播渠道進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的梳理和總結(jié),對(duì)高校名人檔案信息傳播提出建議及改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)。本文首先介紹了高校名人檔案信息傳播相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),包括名人檔案資源建設(shè)、檔案信息資源整合、檔案信息傳播、傳播渠道融合相關(guān)理論。其次,結(jié)合高校檔案機(jī)構(gòu)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域名人檔案?jìng)鞑?nèi)容的調(diào)研,從時(shí)間、空間、類(lèi)型三個(gè)維度總結(jié)了高校名人檔案信息傳播內(nèi)容方面的現(xiàn)狀,并指出在高校名人檔案信息傳播內(nèi)容選擇過(guò)程中要注意時(shí)間上的完整性、空間的整合性以及類(lèi)型的多樣性。另外,結(jié)合高校檔案機(jī)構(gòu)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域名人檔案信息傳播渠道的調(diào)研,從傳統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)兩個(gè)角度介紹分析了目前高校名人檔案信息以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域名人檔案信息的主要傳播渠道,并詳細(xì)分析了檔案編研成果出版、實(shí)地展覽、網(wǎng)上展覽、專(zhuān)題數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺(tái)和新媒體這幾種主要的傳播渠道,并進(jìn)一步指出對(duì)于未來(lái)的高校名人檔案信息傳播,網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道是明顯的趨勢(shì),而其中搭建相應(yīng)的信息平臺(tái)是最好的選擇。最后,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外高校檔案機(jī)構(gòu)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域名人檔案?jìng)鞑ガF(xiàn)狀分析及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研,提出未來(lái)高校名人檔案信息傳播內(nèi)容整合及渠道融合應(yīng)遵循三個(gè)趨勢(shì),即傳播內(nèi)容多維度整合的趨勢(shì)、傳播渠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的趨勢(shì)、多種傳播渠道融合的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Celebrity archives in colleges and universities have great publicity value and educational value. The realization of this value depends not only on the collection and management of basic archives, but also on the dissemination of celebrity archives information in colleges and universities.The dissemination of celebrity file information in colleges and universities helps to strengthen the educational role of teachers and students, especially in the aspects of morality and scientific research, and also helps to create excellent campus culture.In addition, the information dissemination of celebrity archives in colleges and universities also has important social significance. It is not only a display and promotion of the image of colleges and universities, but also a kind of inheritance and sublimation of social culture.Judging from the current research situation at home and abroad, the research viewpoints and ideas of archival circles also tend to be simplistic and superficial. Although some studies have recognized the importance and necessity of the dissemination of celebrity archival information in colleges and universities,It also has some understanding and practical experience on the specific elements of information dissemination, but it lacks the exploration and thinking of new ideas and modes of communication.In this paper, through the network investigation and field investigation on the information dissemination of celebrity archives in the archives of universities and colleges at home and abroad, and combining with the experience of the old scientists who participated in the academic growth data collection project of the author,This paper systematically combs and summarizes the contents and channels of the dissemination of celebrity archival information in colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to improve the dissemination of celebrity archival information in colleges and universities.This paper first introduces the related theories of celebrity archival information communication, including the construction of celebrity archival resources, the integration of archival information resources, the dissemination of archival information, and the fusion of communication channels.Secondly, combining with the investigation of the content of celebrity archives communication in university archives and related fields, this paper summarizes the present situation of the information dissemination content of celebrity archives in colleges and universities from the three dimensions of time, space and type.It is also pointed out that attention should be paid to the integrity of time, the integration of space and the diversity of types in the process of selecting the content of celebrity archives in colleges and universities.In addition, based on the investigation and research on the channels of celebrity archival information dissemination in colleges and universities and related fields, this paper introduces and analyzes the main communication channels of celebrity archival information in colleges and universities and related fields from the perspective of tradition and network.It also analyzes in detail the main communication channels, such as publication of archival compilation and research results, field exhibitions, online exhibitions, thematic databases, network information platforms and new media, and further points out that the future dissemination of celebrity archives information in colleges and universities.The network channel is the obvious trend, and it is the best choice to build the corresponding information platform.Finally, based on the analysis of the status quo of celebrity archives communication in colleges and universities at home and abroad and related fields, the paper points out that the integration and channel integration of celebrity archives information in the future should follow three trends.That is, the trend of multi-dimensional integration of communication content, the trend of networking of communication channels, and the trend of integration of various channels of communication.
