【摘要】：種苗業(yè)作為我國的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),有著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿徒?jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)力,對林業(yè)發(fā)展和生態(tài)建設(shè)也有至關(guān)重要的作用。昌邑市作為苗木輸出的主要地區(qū),種苗種植面積大,樹種品種豐富,經(jīng)營方式多樣,具有較強(qiáng)的國內(nèi)外市場競爭力。本文在查詢文獻(xiàn)、整理資料和實(shí)地調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了昌邑市發(fā)展種苗業(yè)的優(yōu)勢條件,調(diào)查了昌邑市種苗發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對昌邑種苗業(yè)的發(fā)展布局、發(fā)展思路、發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了探索和思考,并通過案例實(shí)證分析法對昌邑市種苗業(yè)成功案例進(jìn)行分析,提出持續(xù)發(fā)展昌邑種苗業(yè)的合理化建議。主要結(jié)果如下：1、昌邑市發(fā)展種苗業(yè)具有優(yōu)越的自然條件和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)條件：昌邑市位于山東半島西北端,土地總面積大約為18萬畝,人均土地占有率為4畝,土地資源豐富；年平均降水量在650mm,年平均氣溫12.3℃,極端最低氣溫-19.5℃,年平均光照數(shù)2591 h,無霜期總共189 d；昌邑境內(nèi)地下水儲藏量豐富,大約為15.24億m3,地下水一般分布在地下2-30m內(nèi)。境內(nèi)可以用于種苗業(yè)發(fā)展的樹種品種資源多樣。全市總?cè)丝?8萬人,人力資源豐富。2013年,全市完成地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值326.5億元,昌邑綠博會建設(shè)成為國家級苗木交易市場。優(yōu)越的自然條件和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)條件為種苗業(yè)的良種化、規(guī)模化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。2、調(diào)查分析了昌邑市種苗業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀：昌邑市現(xiàn)有苗木11.2萬畝,樹種品種600多個(gè),苗木存量1.7億株,苗木種類基本涵蓋了江北地區(qū)適宜的綠化樹種,主要樹種包括七葉樹、絲棉木、海棠、櫻花、榆樹、白蠟、美人梅、黃金槐等,年可實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售收入6.8億元以上。苗木產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要特點(diǎn)是苗木種植規(guī)模化、苗木龍頭企業(yè)和種植大戶多、政府支持苗木產(chǎn)業(yè)的扶持力度大；苗木產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要問題是市場有結(jié)構(gòu)性過剩的趨勢、行業(yè)無序競爭激烈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條不夠完善、土地和資金的瓶頸凸顯、產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)支撐和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)水平偏低。3、分析了昌邑市苗木產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的布局,提出了昌邑市種苗業(yè)發(fā)展布局的原則、發(fā)展思路、發(fā)展目標(biāo)和發(fā)展內(nèi)容。認(rèn)為從主要樹種品種選擇入手,形成北部以耐鹽堿樹種為主,中部以城市綠化樹種為主,南部以速生林樹種為主的“三帶六區(qū)”的發(fā)展格局；建設(shè)一批良種選育基地和示范基地；搭建市場平臺,塑造品牌,構(gòu)建開放的信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng),形成科學(xué)合理、區(qū)域特色明顯、競爭優(yōu)勢突出的種苗產(chǎn)業(yè)布局。4、以昌邑市新嘉苗木基地和濰坊金絲達(dá)實(shí)業(yè)有限公司為例,分析了成功種苗企業(yè)的經(jīng)營模式、經(jīng)營技術(shù)以及效益情況,提出了昌邑市種苗業(yè)持續(xù)科學(xué)發(fā)展的政策建議和措施。通過分析可以得出,新嘉園林苗木基地以經(jīng)營園林綠化苗木為主,采用苗木專業(yè)合作社的經(jīng)營模式和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化種植模式,同時(shí)借助綠博會的綠色名片,進(jìn)一步提高了園林公司和苗木專業(yè)合作社的知名度與競爭力,使公司的苗木產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展。濰坊金絲達(dá)實(shí)業(yè)有限公司公司通過引進(jìn)多國外技術(shù)服務(wù)、建設(shè)中國北方綠化苗木博覽園、開辦綠色會展提升了品牌效應(yīng),引進(jìn)了北美復(fù)葉槭、歐美海棠等高收益優(yōu)質(zhì)綠化苗木300多品種,年銷售收入達(dá)52066萬元,示范帶動(dòng)作用發(fā)揮得較為突出。
[Abstract]:Seed industry as an emerging industry in China, has a huge development potential and economic power, but also plays a vital role in forestry development and ecological construction in Changyi city. As the main area of seedling output, seedling planting area, species rich, diversified mode of operation, with strong competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets. Query literature, based on the field survey and data collation, analysis the advantages of Changyi City, the development of seed industry, to survey the current status of seedling development in Changyi City, the development of the layout, Changyi seed industry development ideas, explores the development goals, and carries on the analysis to the Changyi seed industry success case law through the empirical analysis, put forward reasonable suggestions for sustainable development of Changyi seed industry. The main results are as follows: 1, the development of Changyi seed industry has advantageous natural conditions and social economic conditions of Changyi City Located in the northwest end of the Shandong Peninsula, the total land area of about 180 thousand acres, the per capita share of 4 acres of land, land rich in resources; the average annual precipitation in 650mm, the annual average temperature of 12.3 degrees, the extreme minimum temperature of -19.5 DEG C, the average annual number of 2591 h light, frost free period, a total of 189 D; the rich underground water storage in Changyi volume is about 1 billion 524 million m3, the groundwater is generally distributed in the underground 2-30m. Can be used for various domestic seed industry development of species resources. The superior natural condition and the social and economic conditions for breeding, seed industry scale, standardization of development laid the foundation for.2 solid, investigation and analysis of Changyi city seed industry development status: Changyi city existing 112 thousand acres of tree seedlings. More than 600 varieties of seedlings, seedling stock of 170 million lines, covering the suitable types of greening tree species in Jiangbei District, the main tree species including chestnut, Euonymus bungeanus, Begonia, cherry, elm, ash, beauty Mei, golden pagoda, the annual sales income of 680 million yuan or more. The main characteristics of the development of wood industry is the seedling seedling planting scale seedlings, planting large leading enterprises and government support, the nursery industry support; the main problem is the development of nursery stock industry market structural surplus trend, industry disorderly competition, industry chain is not perfect, highlighting the land and capital bottleneck, industry level of technical support and standardized production of low.3 analysis the development of seedling industry in Changyi layout, put forward Changyi city seed industry development layout principles, development ideas, development goals and development. To choose to start from the main tree species, To form the northern salt tolerant species, central to the city greening tree species, the south by the fast-growing forest species of the "Three Zone Six zone" development pattern; the construction of a number of breeding bases and demonstration bases; build a marketing platform to build brand, build open information service system, the formation of a scientific and rational, regional characteristics obviously,.4 seed industry layout to highlight the competitive advantage, to Changyi City Jia seedling base and Weifang jinsida Industry Co. Ltd. as an example, analyzes the successful seed enterprise management mode, management technology and efficiency, put forward Changyi city seed industry development policies and measures. We can see, Jia new garden nursery base to operate the greening seedling, the seedling cooperatives Management Pattern and standardized planting pattern, at the same time with the Green Green Fair further. To improve the visibility and competitiveness of the company and garden nursery stock cooperatives, the nursery industry in the rapid development of the company. Weifang jinsida industry limited company through the introduction of foreign technology services, the construction of China North green seedlings exposition, open green exhibition to enhance the brand effect, the introduction of Europe and North America Acer negundo, high-yield high-quality Begonia green seedlings of more than 300 varieties, annual sales income of 520 million 660 thousand yuan, the demonstration effect played a more prominent.
