國立杭州藝專校長林風眠素養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:20世紀上半葉,是一個動蕩和充滿挑戰(zhàn)的時代,西方文化藝術(shù)在中國的傳播,極大地催化了中國美術(shù)教育思想和實踐的變革。在美術(shù)教育領域,涌現(xiàn)出了一大批具有時代創(chuàng)新精神的高等美術(shù)院校及其領導者。林風眠與其主長的國立杭州藝術(shù)?茖W校,就是民國后期的美術(shù)最高學府,林風眠也因之成為美術(shù)教育界的領軍人物。既然一滴水能得窺大海,那么一個人或一所學校,便或可反映民國時期的美術(shù)高等教育的發(fā)展情況。 研究林風眠,既可縱向研討他的平生經(jīng)歷,亦可橫向研討某一時間點上他活動的方方面面。本文重點選取林風眠主長杭州藝專的10年,并聚焦于他作為校長所需要且具有的素養(yǎng)進行研討,試圖回答如后問題:(1)杭州藝專的辦理過程以及績效若何;(2)林風眠的個人素養(yǎng)與學校的成功辦理有無關(guān)系;(3)擔任美術(shù)院校校長所必備的素養(yǎng)有哪些;(4)林風眠在學養(yǎng)、品格和能力各方面有哪些優(yōu)長或不足;(5)通過比較,能為當今的美術(shù)高等教育提供哪些借鑒。 具體研討思路為:首先,從杭州藝專的創(chuàng)設和辦理入手,介紹并論述林風眠的辦學實績;其次,專門探討林風眠學養(yǎng)的積淀,以及這種學養(yǎng)與他藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作和教學的關(guān)系;再次,專門探討林風眠品格的形成,以及這種品格與他待人接物和團結(jié)師生的關(guān)系;復次,專門探討林風眠能力的構(gòu)成,以及這種能力與他治校辦學和教育研究的關(guān)系;最后,通過林風眠與蔡元培的學養(yǎng)比較、與徐悲鴻的品格比較、與劉海粟的能力比較,相對客觀地評價林風眠的優(yōu)長或不足,進而得出自己的結(jié)論。 本研究所假設的中心命題是:林風眠在學養(yǎng)、品格或能力等單方面,均非真正意義上的出類拔萃的人物;然而若就綜合素養(yǎng)而言,他卻具備了無意偶得的優(yōu)勢,并且正是憑借了這種優(yōu)勢,使他成為民國時期美術(shù)高校校長中的佼佼者。本文試圖論證這個中心命題,并試圖揭示理想中美術(shù)高校乃至其他高校校長所必須具備的素養(yǎng)。 如就教育家的層面研討,以學養(yǎng)見長者,或可稱為“學者教育家”;以品格見長者,或可稱為“君子教育家”;以管理能力見長者,或可稱為“教育行政家”。那么,在民國時期,是哪一種教育家治教或長校有成呢?又是哪一種教育家居多呢?在中華人民共和國成立后,教育家的內(nèi)涵及其構(gòu)成究竟發(fā)生了哪些改變,并且這種改變對高等教育的影響何在呢?當今呼喚“教育家”又將如何致力呢?此類問題雖已溢出了本文的研究范疇,但卻是筆者在進行本研究時經(jīng)常思考的問題。對林風眠素養(yǎng)的研究,當然與之相關(guān);但若想獲得真切的答案,尚須進行擴展并深入的研究。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, the first half of the year was a turbulent and challenging time. The spread of Western culture and art in China greatly catalysed the transformation of Chinese art education thought and practice. A large number of innovative higher art colleges and universities and their leaders emerged. Lin Fengmian and his principal director, the National Hangzhou Academy of Art, were the highest institutions of fine arts in the late Republic of China. As a result, Lin Fengmian became a leading figure in the field of art education. Since a drop of water can see the sea, then a person or a school may reflect the development of art higher education in the period of the Republic of China. The study of Lin Fengmian can not only discuss his life experience longitudinally, but also discuss all aspects of his activities at a certain point in time. This paper focuses on Lin Fengmian's 10 years of Hangzhou Art College. And focus on what he needs and has as a principal, Try to answer the following question: 1) what is the processing process and performance of Hangzhou Art College? (2) whether Lin Fengmian's personal accomplishment has anything to do with the successful management of the school? (3) what qualities are necessary to be president of an art college? (4) Lin Fengmian is studying and raising. What are the advantages and disadvantages in each aspect of character and ability? through comparison, what reference can be provided for the art higher education today. The specific ideas are as follows: first, starting with the creation and management of Hangzhou Art College, the author introduces and discusses Lin Fengmian's achievements in running a school, and secondly, discusses the accumulation of Lin Fengmian's education and its relationship with his artistic creation and teaching. Thirdly, it specifically discusses the formation of Lin Fengmian's character and the relationship between this character and his contact with others and his solidarity with teachers and students; again, he specifically discusses the composition of Lin Fengmian's ability and the relationship between this ability and his school running and educational research. Finally, Through the comparison between Lin Fengmian and Cai Yuanpei's study and upbringing, the comparison between Lin Fengmian's education and Cai Yuanpei's character, and the Liu Haisu's ability, the author evaluates Lin Fengmian's superiority or deficiency objectively, and then draws his own conclusion. The central proposition assumed in this study is that Lin Fengmian, who is unilateral in learning, character or ability, is not an outstanding figure in the true sense; however, in terms of comprehensive literacy, he has an unintentional advantage. And it is with this advantage that he has become an outstanding art university president in the Republic of China. This paper tries to demonstrate this central proposition, and tries to reveal the ideal art colleges and even other university presidents must have the literacy. In the case of educationalists, they may be regarded as "academic educators", "academic educationalists", "senior citizens" in terms of character, or "educationalists" in terms of management abilities, or "educational administrators" in the period of the Republic of China. What kind of educationalists are successful in administering education or growing up in schools? Which kind of education home is more? After the founding of the people's Republic of China, what changes have taken place in the connotation and composition of educators, and what is the impact of this change on higher education? What will the "educator" do today? Although this kind of question has spilt over the research scope of this article, it is the question that the author often thinks in this research. The research on Lin Fengmian's accomplishment is of course related to it, but if you want to get a true answer, It still needs to be expanded and studied in depth.
