【摘要】:作為新興旅游形式,鄉(xiāng)村旅游在我國的發(fā)展十分迅速。黨的十七大指出大力發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游是發(fā)展中國特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、建設(shè)和諧城鄉(xiāng)的重大舉措,對促進農(nóng)村富余勞動力就地就近轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè),增加農(nóng)民收入,調(diào)整農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),推動社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會具有重要意義。赤壁市擁有良好的經(jīng)濟條件和豐富的鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源,發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游對改善城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不和諧狀況、促進當?shù)剞r(nóng)村社會發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文借鑒國內(nèi)外研究成果,運用實地調(diào)查法對赤壁市鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行研究,指出赤壁市鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展存在著資源開發(fā)不足、管理制度及設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后、管理服務(wù)水平低等諸多問題,并運用SWOT分析法對研究對象進行深入分析。通過對赤壁市鄉(xiāng)村旅游客源市場進行調(diào)查分析,針對上述問題,本文提出了發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的總體策略及建議,認為應(yīng)該遵循政府扶持,統(tǒng)籌安排,文化和環(huán)境保護與旅游開發(fā)并重,突出特色、建立品牌的總體發(fā)展思路;在產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)布局上要加強資源整合,因地適宜筑造精品;在經(jīng)營管理模式上,提出“政府+旅游管理公司+社區(qū)+鄉(xiāng)村旅游協(xié)會+旅行社”的模式;在旅游產(chǎn)品方面上,提出應(yīng)當凸顯本土特色、挖掘文化內(nèi)涵、加強產(chǎn)品服務(wù)等建議;在市場營銷方面,提出應(yīng)以政府為主導(dǎo),準確定位旅游形象,建立綜合營銷體系等策略,為赤壁市鄉(xiāng)村旅游的健康快速發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a new form of tourism, rural tourism is developing very rapidly in China. The 17th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that vigorously developing leisure agriculture and rural tourism is an important measure to develop modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics and build harmonious urban and rural areas. To promote the local transfer of rural surplus labor to local employment, increase farmers' income, readjust the rural industrial structure, and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside, It is of great significance to build a harmonious socialist society. Chibi has good economic conditions and abundant rural tourism resources. The development of rural tourism can improve the disharmony of urban and rural development and promote the development of local rural society. It has important practical significance. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper studies the current situation of rural tourism development in Chibi by field investigation, and points out that the development of rural tourism in Chibi is deficient in resource development, and the construction of management system and facilities is lagging behind. The management service level is low and so on, and uses the SWOT analytic method to carry on the thorough analysis to the research object. Through the investigation and analysis to the Chibi rural tourist source market, aiming at the above problems, This paper puts forward the overall strategy and suggestions for the development of rural tourism, and thinks that we should follow the overall development thinking of government support, overall arrangement, cultural and environmental protection and tourism development, highlight the characteristics and establish the brand. In the industrial development and layout, we should strengthen the integration of resources, because the land is suitable for building fine products; in the mode of management, we should put forward the mode of "government tourism management company, community rural tourism association travel agency", and in the aspect of tourism products, Some suggestions should be put forward, such as highlighting the local characteristics, excavating the cultural connotation, strengthening the products and services, and so on. In the aspect of marketing, the government should be the leading factor, the tourism image should be positioned accurately, and the comprehensive marketing system should be established. To provide reference for the healthy and rapid development of Chibi rural tourism.
