【摘要】：本文以上海自然博物館千姿百態(tài)展覽為例,通過(guò)對(duì)63組樣本的跟蹤觀察,記錄對(duì)話及相關(guān)互動(dòng)行為,從而分析群體觀眾在不同展項(xiàng)前的對(duì)話頻率、對(duì)話類型差異。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),群體內(nèi)成員更傾向于獨(dú)立參觀,知覺(jué)型對(duì)話是發(fā)生最多的對(duì)話類型。通過(guò)分析觀眾對(duì)話與展覽的關(guān)系,總結(jié)影響觀眾對(duì)話的展覽因素:觀眾視線范圍內(nèi)、特征明顯的展品展項(xiàng)前對(duì)話頻率較高;標(biāo)簽和圖文有助認(rèn)知并促進(jìn)對(duì)話交流;為觀眾提供建立聯(lián)系、推理等認(rèn)知的展覽設(shè)計(jì)更容易引起深層次的學(xué)習(xí)型對(duì)話�？梢酝ㄟ^(guò)對(duì)目標(biāo)人群需求的預(yù)先調(diào)查,合理利用圖文、標(biāo)簽視頻等輔助手段豐富展覽內(nèi)容、優(yōu)先選擇特征明顯的標(biāo)本等方式,在探究式學(xué)習(xí)理論的指導(dǎo)下策劃設(shè)計(jì)展覽,以便更好地促進(jìn)觀眾在博物館的對(duì)話交流。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the Qianxiang exhibition of Shanghai Museum of Nature as an example, through tracking and observing 63 groups of samples, recording dialogue and related interactive behaviors, and then analyzing the frequency and type of dialogue of audience before different exhibition items. Members of the group tend to visit independently and perceptual dialogue is the most common type of dialogue. By analyzing the relationship between audience dialogue and exhibition, the author summarizes the exhibition factors that affect audience dialogue. The characteristic exhibits have a higher frequency of dialogue before the exhibition; labels and pictures and text help to understand and promote dialogue and communication; provide the audience with contacts. Cognitive exhibition design, such as reasoning, is more likely to lead to a deep learning dialogue. It can enrich the exhibition content by means of pre-investigation of the needs of the target population, reasonable use of graphics, text, tagged video and other auxiliary means. Under the guidance of inquiry learning theory, the exhibition is planned and designed in order to promote the dialogue and exchange of audience in the museum.
