【摘要】：隨著多年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的監(jiān)理公司已經(jīng)逐步走向了成熟。很多大型的、成熟的監(jiān)理公司已經(jīng)不能僅僅滿足目前國(guó)內(nèi)的監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù),一面實(shí)行走出去的戰(zhàn)略,另一面開(kāi)始向其它各個(gè)更高的領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型,比如向項(xiàng)目管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型就是其中一條很好的道路。 本文研究的是監(jiān)理公司向項(xiàng)目管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型模式,雖然監(jiān)理公司有多種發(fā)展模式,如向?qū)I(yè)化工程監(jiān)理公司發(fā)展,向設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工監(jiān)理承包模式發(fā)展、向工程咨詢企業(yè)發(fā)展,但本文是從監(jiān)理公司向項(xiàng)目管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型這個(gè)角度進(jìn)行研究的,其主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有以下這些： 1)中國(guó)監(jiān)理公司特點(diǎn)及其現(xiàn)狀分析 該部分主要研究了中國(guó)監(jiān)理公司的特點(diǎn),中國(guó)監(jiān)理公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)研究,中國(guó)監(jiān)理公司目前發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題研究以及中國(guó)監(jiān)理公司發(fā)展模式研究等等問(wèn)題。 2)項(xiàng)目管理公司特點(diǎn)研究 該部分主要研究了項(xiàng)目與項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn),項(xiàng)目管理公司工作內(nèi)容,項(xiàng)目管理公司的體制結(jié)構(gòu)研究,監(jiān)理公司與項(xiàng)目管理公司的異同等等。 3)監(jiān)理公司如何向項(xiàng)目管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型研究 通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)監(jiān)理公司現(xiàn)狀分析研究,得出適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的幾種監(jiān)理公司向項(xiàng)目管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型的一些方式方法,分析其各自的特點(diǎn)及適用范圍,另外還研究了監(jiān)理公司向項(xiàng)目管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型的一些保證措施。 4)監(jiān)理公司向項(xiàng)目管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型實(shí)證研究 該部分通過(guò)上海市建設(shè)工程監(jiān)理有限公司通過(guò)成立專門的項(xiàng)目管理公司,在沈陽(yáng)國(guó)際會(huì)展中心這個(gè)綜合性項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理,分析了沈陽(yáng)國(guó)際展覽中心管理模式及運(yùn)行狀態(tài),研究了這種轉(zhuǎn)型模式運(yùn)行效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of many years, the supervision company of our country has gradually moved towards maturity. Many large and mature supervision companies can not only meet the current supervision business in China, but also implement the strategy of going out. On the other hand, the transition to other higher areas, such as project management companies, is a good path. This paper studies the transformation model from supervision company to project management company, although supervision company has many development models, such as professional engineering supervision company, design, procurement, construction supervision contract mode. Developing to engineering consulting enterprise, but this paper is from the angle of transformation from supervision company to project management company, its main research contents are as follows: 1) the characteristics and present situation of supervision companies in China This part mainly studies the characteristics of Chinese supervision companies, the advantages of Chinese supervision companies, the problems existing in the current development of Chinese supervision companies, and the development model of Chinese supervision companies, and so on. 2) Research on the characteristics of Project Management Company This part mainly studies the characteristics of project and project management, the work content of project management company, the system structure of project management company, the similarities and differences between supervision company and project management company and so on. 3) Research on the Transformation of Supervision Company to Project Management Company Through the analysis and study of the present situation of the supervision company in China, some ways and means of transformation from the supervision company to the project management company are obtained, and their respective characteristics and scope of application are analyzed. In addition, some guarantee measures for the transformation of supervision company to project management company are also studied. 4) empirical study on the Transformation of Supervision Company to Project Management Company This part through the Shanghai Construction Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd. through the establishment of a special project management company, in Shenyang International Conference and Exhibition Center in this comprehensive project to implement project management. This paper analyzes the management mode and operation state of Shenyang International Exhibition Center, and studies the operation effect of this transformation mode.
