【摘要】：正第十九屆日本國(guó)際食品配料和添加劑展覽會(huì)及會(huì)議(ifia Japan 2014)/第十二屆日本健康食品、功能食品展覽會(huì)和會(huì)議(HFE Japan 2014)于2014年5月21日~23日在日本東京Big Sight國(guó)際會(huì)展中心舉行。中國(guó)食品添加劑和配料協(xié)會(huì)和中國(guó)貿(mào)促會(huì)輕工行業(yè)分會(huì)第十次組團(tuán)赴日參展。5月21日上午9時(shí),ifia展會(huì)正式開始。短暫的開幕式過后,參展人員以及參觀人員入場(chǎng)。展會(huì)一共持續(xù)了三天,每天都人潮涌動(dòng),觀眾并不因時(shí)間的推移而衰減。日本ifia國(guó)際食品添加劑和配料展覽由日本食品化學(xué)新聞社和美國(guó)勞斯公司日本分公司共同主辦,該展覽會(huì)是日本舉辦的最大的、人氣最旺、貿(mào)易效果最好的食品添加劑食品配料展覽會(huì)。有日本、美國(guó)、韓國(guó)、中國(guó)等十多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)444家企業(yè)參加。展出凈面積為6363多平方米。據(jù)展覽會(huì)主辦單位統(tǒng)計(jì),注冊(cè)的專業(yè)觀眾共計(jì)32,961人。展出產(chǎn)品包括二十多大類食品添加劑,以及果蔬、肉類制品、乳品、魚類制品、淀粉
