【摘要】：會(huì)展業(yè)在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用越來越明顯,是一個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物,是建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化城市、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、提升城市文化建設(shè)的重要組成部分。高職會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)是有針對(duì)性地提供專業(yè)會(huì)展人才,然而在當(dāng)前人才培養(yǎng)模式與市場需求脫節(jié),造成了資源浪費(fèi)與人才斷層情況的發(fā)生�；诖�,文章重點(diǎn)探討了基于市場需求的高職會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)模式的提升措施。
[Abstract]:The role of exhibition industry in the development of market economy is more and more obvious. It is the inevitable outcome of a country's economic development, and it is also an important part of building a modern city, developing the city's economy and improving the city's cultural construction. Higher vocational exhibition talent training is targeted to provide professional exhibition talents, however, in the current talent training mode and market demand is out of touch, resulting in the waste of resources and the occurrence of talent fault. Based on this, the article focuses on the promotion measures of the talent training model of the higher vocational exhibition based on the market demand.
