從博弈論角度分析阿里巴巴國際站電商出口供應(yīng)鏈的利益協(xié)調(diào)

  伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電商平臺(tái)的飛速發(fā)展,中國的外貿(mào)行業(yè)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。根據(jù)阿里巴巴國際站在2019年發(fā)表的白皮書,中小企業(yè)跨境電商經(jīng)歷了通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)撮合信息的萌芽期(1999-2004),走過了實(shí)現(xiàn)線上交易的成長期(2004-2015),來到了跨境電商平臺(tái)提供一站式營銷、交易、支付結(jié)算、通關(guān)、退稅、物流、金融等數(shù)字化外貿(mào)綜合服務(wù)體系的成熟期(2015至今),從而在我國的外貿(mào)出口中扮演起最為重要的角色。對(duì)比過去,通過跨境電商參與國際分工的中小企業(yè)規(guī)模日漸龐大,實(shí)力提升也毋庸置疑。但與此同時(shí),跨境電商全供應(yīng)鏈的合作和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局也在日趨復(fù)雜化。一方面,據(jù)商務(wù)部報(bào)告顯示我國跨境電商的貿(mào)易伙伴已覆蓋全球220個(gè)國家和地區(qū),海外采購商規(guī)模高速增長,參與主體背景多元化。在新的談判環(huán)境中,電商企業(yè)亟需摸索出一套不受文化差異、企業(yè)規(guī)模和產(chǎn)品種類等因素干擾的利益協(xié)商機(jī)制,從而在實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈整體價(jià)值最大化的前提下,保證已方獲得最優(yōu)的成交價(jià)格。另一方面,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開放的平臺(tái)下日益加劇,適度的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)雖然可以提高消費(fèi)者和社會(huì)的福利,但是過度競(jìng)爭(zhēng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化、質(zhì)量低下等一系列問題,長期以來將會(huì)損害跨境電商整體供應(yīng)鏈的可...
