【摘要】:紡織制衣行業(yè)是中國國際競爭優(yōu)勢比較明顯的傳統(tǒng)支柱行業(yè)之一。在2008年的次貸危機(jī)及2010年的歐債危機(jī)中,中國紡織制衣行業(yè)大受影響;近期國際宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)及國外消費(fèi)并未明顯好轉(zhuǎn),而國內(nèi)各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)成本高漲,處于全球價值鏈中端,利潤低端的中國紡織代工企業(yè)生存環(huán)境日益嚴(yán)峻;另外,中國提出了工業(yè)化、信息化,兩化融合的中國版工業(yè)4.0大戰(zhàn)略,紡織制衣行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)4.0迫在眉睫。在這種情況下,企業(yè)要發(fā)展,就必須要創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)前紡織行業(yè)規(guī);,集約化的發(fā)展趨勢,也促使紡織服裝企業(yè)渴望尋找一種同一的,可復(fù)制的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式。YD集團(tuán)是一家大型產(chǎn)品出口型和高新技術(shù)型紡織服裝企業(yè),擁有從棉花育種到服裝生產(chǎn)的垂直供應(yīng)鏈。創(chuàng)新是該公司保持核心競爭力的引擎,對該公司的跨越式發(fā)展立下了汗馬功勞,本文通過探討其創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,和創(chuàng)新的方式方法,以期對整個行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新升級提供一些思路和參考作用。本文分六章。第一章介紹了研究的背景,意義,內(nèi)容和方法;第二章則對創(chuàng)新理論和企業(yè)核心競爭力理論進(jìn)行了梳理,對紡織行業(yè)的發(fā)展過程和轉(zhuǎn)型升級方面的探索進(jìn)行了闡述;第三章為案例描述,簡單介紹了YD集團(tuán),主營業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及當(dāng)前所面臨的六大挑戰(zhàn);第四章則分析了紡織行業(yè)的總體發(fā)展趨勢,并采用PEST,五力模型、SWOT模型、價值鏈、內(nèi)部資源對YD集團(tuán)的內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并建議了YD集團(tuán)應(yīng)采用的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;第五章則從制度創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、流程創(chuàng)新和自有品牌創(chuàng)新5個方面對YD集團(tuán)的創(chuàng)新途徑和對策進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和歸納;最后是研究結(jié)論,啟示和可行性建議。
