【摘要】：優(yōu)化采購管理是增加高校食堂市場競爭力的重要保障。從供應(yīng)鏈的角度,以南京高校食堂為例,簡要闡述高校食堂供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)與采購管理,分析南京高校食堂采購現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而針對食堂采購管理中存在的問題提出優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:Optimizing purchasing management is an important guarantee to increase the competitiveness of college canteen market. From the point of view of supply chain, taking Nanjing university canteen as an example, this paper briefly expounds the supply chain structure and procurement management of university canteen, analyzes the present situation of Nanjing university canteen procurement, and then puts forward the optimization scheme in view of the problems existing in the canteen procurement management.
