綠色供應(yīng)鏈推動我國節(jié)能減碳的思路與政策建議

【摘要】:正作為一項基本國策,中國始終重視節(jié)能減碳工作。特別是"十一五"以來,政府通過綜合采取一系列措施,節(jié)能減碳工作取得了前所未有的成績。但在取得成績的同時,也應(yīng)注意到,我國節(jié)能減碳工作更多依靠法律的、行政的、經(jīng)濟的等政府手段,可持續(xù)的、基于市場的推動機制尚待形成。面對新形勢、新挑戰(zhàn),綠色供應(yīng)鏈有望成為促進全社會節(jié)能減碳的市場化新機制。一、綠色供應(yīng)鏈推進我國節(jié)能減碳的思路一直以來,綠色供應(yīng)鏈多為關(guān)注生態(tài)保護和環(huán)保合
[Abstract]:As a basic national policy, China has always attached great importance to energy conservation and carbon reduction. In particular, since the 11th Five-Year Plan, the Government has achieved unprecedented achievements in energy-saving and carbon reduction through a series of measures. But at the same time, it should be noted that China's energy-saving and carbon reduction work depends more on legal, administrative, economic and other governmental means, sustainable, market-based promotion mechanism remains to be formed. Facing the new situation and challenges, the green supply chain is expected to become a new market-oriented mechanism to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in the whole society. I.
