第三方物流T公司的合作伙伴關(guān)系管理研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economic integration, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more intense, and the professional service is more important. As a result, the core competitiveness of the enterprise becomes more obvious. In order to focus on the core competitiveness, more enterprises outsource the non-core business, and the logistics is the hot object of outsourcing, especially in the case of the unprecedented development of the third-party logistics (3PL). The outsourcing service recipient takes advantage of the management experience of the third-party logistics professional, or the powerful infrastructure, and brings great scale effect and value-added service to the supply chain node enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of a good partnership between the third-party logistics service provider and the cooperative enterprise becomes more and more important. From the experience of many industries, a long-term, stable and well-established enterprise is the base of a long-term, stable and well-established relationship, which greatly shortens the distribution period of raw materials and finished products, improves the service quality, and brings great economic benefits to the "for-transport". As the market scale is increasing, more and more third-party logistics service enterprises are connected to the products outsourcing transportation service of the manufacturing enterprises, but how the "Keep old and old customers and develop new customers" in the later management is the focus of the third-party logistics service enterprises. This paper, based on the case of the relationship between the third-party logistics T company and a manufacturing enterprise A, is based on the construction of the evaluation index system of the relationship between the third-party logistics enterprise and the manufacturing enterprise In this paper, the relationship management of the third-party logistics enterprise is theoretically demonstrated by using the fuzzy mathematics method, and the importance of the management of the cooperative relationship between the third-party logistics and the supply chain node is discussed. The evaluation scheme and the evaluation scheme are presented in this paper. The "鍔ㄥ姏(Motivation)-鍌寲(Catalysis)-緇寸郴(Maintain)" MSM relationship model is presented in this paper. Finally, based on the relationship management between the T Company and the A, the present situation of the cooperative process of the relationship between the partners is analyzed, the existing problems and the problems of the needle are put forward by the individual.
