第三方物流T公司的合作伙伴關(guān)系管理研究

【摘要】:隨經(jīng)濟一體化趨勢發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競爭變得越來越激烈,專業(yè)化服務(wù)更為重要。于是,企業(yè)間在核心競爭力上變得更為明顯。更多的企業(yè)為了把精力專注于核心競爭力上,把非核心業(yè)務(wù)外包出去,物流以其復(fù)雜性與特殊性,成為外包的熱門對象,尤其是在第三方物流(3PL)呈空前的發(fā)展形勢下,已形成一種必然的趨勢。外包服務(wù)接受方利用第三方物流專業(yè)的管理經(jīng)驗,或強大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,為供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)帶來巨大的規(guī)模效應(yīng)和增值服務(wù)。因此,第三方物流服務(wù)商與合作企業(yè)建立一個良好的伙伴關(guān)系就越發(fā)顯得重要。從許多行業(yè)經(jīng)驗得知,一個長期、穩(wěn)定并且擁有良好關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)的企業(yè)是大大縮短了原材料、產(chǎn)成品的配送期、提高了服務(wù)質(zhì)量,給“供-運”合作雙方帶來的經(jīng)濟效益是非?捎^。隨著市場規(guī)模增加,越來越多的第三方物流服務(wù)企業(yè)接到制造企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品外包運輸服務(wù),但后期管理中如何“留住老客戶,發(fā)展新客戶”也是第三方物流服務(wù)企業(yè)所關(guān)注的焦點。 本文以第三方物流T公司與某制造業(yè)A企業(yè)的合作關(guān)系管理案例為切入點,在構(gòu)建第三方物流企業(yè)和制造業(yè)企業(yè)關(guān)系評價指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)法對第三方物流企業(yè)的關(guān)系管理進(jìn)行了理論上論證,并探討第三方物流與供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)合作關(guān)系管理的重要性,給出了評價方案,結(jié)合評價方案本文提出了“動力(Motivation)-催化(Catalysis)-維系(Maintain)" MSM關(guān)系模型。最后,以T公司與A企業(yè)的關(guān)系管理為基礎(chǔ)分析伙伴間關(guān)系合作過程的現(xiàn)狀、存在的不足,針對實際問題提出了個人看法。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic integration, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more intense, and the professional service is more important. As a result, the core competitiveness of the enterprise becomes more obvious. In order to focus on the core competitiveness, more enterprises outsource the non-core business, and the logistics is the hot object of outsourcing, especially in the case of the unprecedented development of the third-party logistics (3PL). The outsourcing service recipient takes advantage of the management experience of the third-party logistics professional, or the powerful infrastructure, and brings great scale effect and value-added service to the supply chain node enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of a good partnership between the third-party logistics service provider and the cooperative enterprise becomes more and more important. From the experience of many industries, a long-term, stable and well-established enterprise is the base of a long-term, stable and well-established relationship, which greatly shortens the distribution period of raw materials and finished products, improves the service quality, and brings great economic benefits to the "for-transport". As the market scale is increasing, more and more third-party logistics service enterprises are connected to the products outsourcing transportation service of the manufacturing enterprises, but how the "Keep old and old customers and develop new customers" in the later management is the focus of the third-party logistics service enterprises. This paper, based on the case of the relationship between the third-party logistics T company and a manufacturing enterprise A, is based on the construction of the evaluation index system of the relationship between the third-party logistics enterprise and the manufacturing enterprise In this paper, the relationship management of the third-party logistics enterprise is theoretically demonstrated by using the fuzzy mathematics method, and the importance of the management of the cooperative relationship between the third-party logistics and the supply chain node is discussed. The evaluation scheme and the evaluation scheme are presented in this paper. The "鍔ㄥ姏(Motivation)-鍌寲(Catalysis)-緇寸郴(Maintain)" MSM relationship model is presented in this paper. Finally, based on the relationship management between the T Company and the A, the present situation of the cooperative process of the relationship between the partners is analyzed, the existing problems and the problems of the needle are put forward by the individual.
