豬肉產(chǎn)品溯源系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建及初步應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the long-term and stable development of animal husbandry in China for more than 30 years has made its output value account for more than 30% of the rural economy. In recent years, mad cow disease, avian influenza, salmonella eggs, lean meat essence events and Escherichia coli disease and other major animal outbreaks occur frequently in the world, the complexity of animal epidemic transmission increases the difficulty of epidemic control. Governments all over the world have legislation requiring the establishment of traceability systems for animals and animal products, from production to consumption. In many developed countries, if the food produced does not have retrospective functional conditions, then these foods will be strictly prohibited from entering the market. In order to realize the traceability of pork products, the traceability system based on radio frequency identification technology (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) is composed of RFID tag, reader, antenna, server and information terminal, and relies on GPRS,ADSL or WI-FI network communication technology, system integration and database application technology to realize interconnection. The system is mainly composed of pig farm information terminal, slaughterhouse information terminal, sales information terminal, consumer query terminal, administrative monitoring layer terminal, network management terminal and server. The whole pig industry chain from feed processing, epidemic prevention and health care, slaughtering processing, transportation and storage, consumers to pork product purchase of each link of comprehensive information records, and can be traced back to the upstream or downstream and follow up and query the whole pig industry chain from feed processing, epidemic prevention and health care, slaughtering processing, transportation and storage, consumers to each link of pork product purchase. This study mainly constructs the traceability system of pork products, including the construction of each subsystem, the core technology of traceability system and the research of software architecture in traceability system. The construction of each subsystem includes breeding link, transportation link, slaughtering link, sales link and terminal inquiry link, and carries on the comprehensive exposition and analysis respectively. The core technologies of pork product traceability system include individual marking technology of breeding link, coding and marking of slaughtering link and marking of pork in supermarket sales stage. The connection problem of key identification between each link, data integration technology and system operation are discussed. The pork product traceability system constructed in this paper takes the application of Rongchang County Animal Husbandry Bureau and Jufeng Company as an example to realize the complete chain of food can be monitored from the field to the table. The practical application proves that the traceability system has the function of ID card, increasing the function of consumption transparency and the function of information sales management, so as to continuously meet the strong wishes of the government and the majority of consumers. With the development of global integration and Internet technology, the application of the Internet of things is becoming more and more popular. With the application of pork product traceability system, the quality and safety level of pork products in China is in line with the international advanced level, and even the competitiveness of international trade is improved.
