生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施

【摘要】:隨著國家對(duì)武器研發(fā)的重視與日俱增,某所按照“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃要求,不斷的實(shí)施與調(diào)整軍工科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。為了達(dá)到不斷促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步與科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化,大幅提高企業(yè)科技實(shí)力的目標(biāo),某所須將現(xiàn)有的研發(fā)體系與相關(guān)信息化手段相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建各種相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的管理信息系統(tǒng),提高企業(yè)信息化水平。在這一客觀背景下,某所組織設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施了“生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)”(即ERP系統(tǒng))。ERP是一種適用于制造企業(yè)、具有代表性的管理技術(shù)。它利用信息科學(xué)的最新成果,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)的需求對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部和其供應(yīng)鏈上各環(huán)節(jié)的資源進(jìn)行全面規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)籌安排和嚴(yán)格控制,以保證人、財(cái)、物、信息等各類資源得到充分、合理的應(yīng)用,從而達(dá)到提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低成本、滿足客戶的需求、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。ERP是現(xiàn)代管理思想的產(chǎn)物,它將許多先進(jìn)的管理,如敏捷制造、精益生產(chǎn)、并行工程、供應(yīng)鏈管理、全面質(zhì)量管理等體現(xiàn)在軟件系統(tǒng)中。本文將結(jié)合相關(guān)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),表述生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)的概念,生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)在機(jī)械制造中的意義,生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀;同時(shí),還將從軟件工程的角度分析物資管理信息系統(tǒng)在搭建與實(shí)施中可能遇到的關(guān)鍵問題以及擬解決思路;最后將對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行展望。Struts與Hibernate框架是J2EE應(yīng)用于B/S系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的主要框架,它們提供很多現(xiàn)有的開發(fā)模式,使得B/S系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)變得更加快捷,符合敏捷開發(fā)與軟件工程以及物資管理系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā)的要求,利用J2EE技術(shù),Struts與Hibernate框架采用分布式的開發(fā)模式來搭建生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng),有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)的需求。J2EE開啟了WEB開發(fā)的新模式,提高了WEB應(yīng)用開發(fā)的效率。它包含了整個(gè)WEB的各類組件、服務(wù)架構(gòu)以及技術(shù)層次,都有共同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及規(guī)格,為Web開發(fā)提供了輕量化的開發(fā)模式,同時(shí)它也充分的反映了MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式的架構(gòu),反映出B/S系統(tǒng)的通用開發(fā)方法。本文首先介紹了生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng),隨之介紹了MVC模式與J2EE技術(shù),隨后從代碼實(shí)現(xiàn)的角度對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行介紹,最后從項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的方法學(xué)的角度對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施做了詳細(xì)的闡述。
[Abstract]:With the increasing attention paid by the state to weapon research and development, a certain institute constantly implements and adjusts the development strategy of military science and technology in accordance with the requirements of the 12th five-year Plan. In order to achieve the goal of continuously promoting technological progress and transformation of scientific and technological achievements and greatly improving the scientific and technological strength of enterprises, a certain institute must combine the existing R & D system with related information means, construct the management information system of various related businesses, and improve the level of enterprise informatization. Under this objective background, a certain organization has designed and implemented the "production Planning Management system" (that is, ERP system). ERP is a representative management technology suitable for manufacturing enterprises. It makes use of the latest achievements of information science, plans comprehensively, arranges and strictly controls the resources within the enterprise and in each link of its supply chain according to the demand of the market, so that all kinds of resources, such as guarantor, financial, material, information and so on, can be fully and reasonably applied, so as to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, meeting the needs of customers and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. ERP is the product of modern management ideas. It embodies many advanced management, such as agile manufacturing, lean production, concurrent engineering, supply chain management, total quality management and so on. In this paper, the concept of production planning management system, the significance of production planning management system in mechanical manufacturing, the research status of production planning management system will be described, and the key problems that may be encountered in the construction and implementation of material management information system and the ideas to be solved will be analyzed from the point of view of software engineering. Finally, the future development trend of production planning management system is prospected. Truts and Hibernate framework are the main frameworks for the application of J2EE in the development of B / S system. They provide many existing development models, which make the development of B / S system faster, meet the requirements of agile development, software engineering and the secondary development of material management system, and make use of J2EE technology. Struts and Hibernate framework use distributed development mode to build production planning management system, which effectively realizes the requirements of enterprise information construction. J2EE opens a new mode of WEB development and improves the efficiency of WEB application development. It contains all kinds of components, service architecture and technical level of the whole WEB, and has common standards and specifications, which provides a lightweight development model for Web development. at the same time, it also fully reflects the architecture of MVC design pattern and reflects the general development method of B / S system. This paper first introduces the production planning management system, then introduces the MVC mode and J2EE technology, then introduces the system from the point of view of code implementation, and finally expounds the implementation of the production planning management system in detail from the perspective of project implementation methodology.
