【摘要】：市場經(jīng)濟體制的深化改革,加劇了不同企業(yè)供應鏈之間的競爭。在此形勢影響下,為了滿足供應鏈企業(yè)長期發(fā)展中戰(zhàn)略管理會計共享,會計業(yè)務開展中各種信息資源的有效整合,需要優(yōu)化會計信息系統(tǒng)的服務功能�，F(xiàn)階段供應鏈企業(yè)利用會計信息系統(tǒng)時難以實現(xiàn)會計信息資源共享,影響著會計信息的傳遞效率,對供應鏈下企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理會計業(yè)務流程的實施造成了較大的影響。因此,本文將對基于供應鏈的戰(zhàn)略管理會計業(yè)務流程再造與控制進行必要地探討,以便為提高供應鏈企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:The deepening reform of market economy system intensifies the competition among different enterprise supply chains. Under the influence of this situation, in order to meet the long-term development of strategic management accounting sharing and the effective integration of various information resources in the development of accounting business, it is necessary to optimize the service function of accounting information system. At present, it is difficult for supply chain enterprises to share accounting information resources when using accounting information system, which affects the efficiency of accounting information transmission and has a great impact on the implementation of strategic management accounting business process under supply chain. Therefore, this paper will discuss the business process reengineering and control of strategic management accounting based on supply chain in order to improve the market competitiveness of supply chain enterprises.
