我國(guó)蔬菜供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量安全控制研究
[Abstract]:Vegetable is an essential food in people's daily life. However, the overall situation of vegetable quality and safety in our country is not optimistic, the phenomenon of pesticide residues in vegetables is still widespread, and food poisoning caused by vegetables still occurs from time to time. The growing problem of vegetable quality and safety has seriously threatened the life safety and health of our people. Therefore, it has become an urgent matter to strengthen the quality and safety management of vegetables in our country. Every link of vegetables from production to sale may cause problems in vegetable quality and safety. Therefore, to strengthen the management of vegetable quality and safety, the key is to strengthen the quality and safety control of the whole vegetable supply chain. At present, the emphasis on the quality and safety of vegetable supply chain is relatively late in our country, and the analysis of this aspect in the academic field is not very deep, what is the actual situation of the quality and safety control of the vegetable supply chain in our country at present? It is urgent for us to study and analyze which links need to be controlled and which methods should be taken to improve the quality and safety of vegetables. Under this background, based on the actual situation of quality and safety of vegetable supply chain in our country, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the present situation of quality and safety of vegetable supply chain in our country. The quality safety problems existing in every link of vegetable supply chain and the reasons leading to these quality safety problems were analyzed. The principal-agent theory and game theory were used to set out from the point of view of game theory. This paper constructs three game models among enterprises in vegetable supply chain, between enterprises and consumers, and between enterprises and government agencies, and makes game analysis on the decision-making behavior and the results of their interaction. Further explore the internal factors that cause the frequent occurrence of vegetable quality and safety problems in China. Finally, according to the present situation of vegetable supply chain quality safety in our country, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the quality and safety management system of vegetable supply chain in our country.
