【摘要】：面對競爭激烈的建筑市場，在建筑業(yè)中引入供應鏈管理思想逐步受到學者和建設機構的關注，EPC模式下，可以借鑒這種供應鏈管理思想構建工程總承包供應鏈管理體系。授權賦能（empowerment）是使組織獲取持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的有效手段之一，是一個多層次的概念，在個體層次研究較多，而對于組織層次即授權氛圍的研究較少。授權氛圍在提高組織靈活性，促進組織間信任的重要性日漸提升。組織間的信任是建立成功供應鏈重要的前提之一，是建筑市場進一步完善和持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本，然而建筑供應鏈組織間的信任卻差強人意。本文以建筑供應鏈總包商與分包商為研究對象，探討了授權氛圍的因素構成，以及授權氛圍對建筑供應鏈組織間信任的作用機理。 本文首先對授權氛圍和組織間信任等相關概念進行了文獻研究，在社會交換理論的基礎上，結(jié)合建筑供應鏈的特點，提出理論模型和研究假設。其次，借鑒國內(nèi)外成熟問卷的基礎上，根據(jù)建筑工程實際情況進行修正，進一步驗證問卷的穩(wěn)定性和適用性。然后，以紙質(zhì)和電子版的形式，針對EPC模式下總承包商和分包商組織內(nèi)的中高層管理人員為對象進行問卷發(fā)放，共發(fā)放問卷315份，最后回收有效問卷219份。最后，本文采用SPSS17.0軟件，通過因子分析得出建筑供應鏈模式下授權氛圍有三個維度構成：信息共享（information sharing）、跨邊界自主性（autonomy through boundaries）、以團隊取代層級(team accountability)。通過相關分析和回歸分析得出以下結(jié)論：授權氛圍對組織間信任有正向影響；授權氛圍各維度對關系型信任有正向影響；信息共享對計算型信任有正向影響，跨邊界自主性、團隊替代層級對計算型信任的影響不顯著。 本文突出了建筑業(yè)供應鏈總承包商與分包商之間授權賦能的研究，拓展了授權賦能組織層面的研究，完善了建筑供應鏈授權氛圍對信任的實證研究，驗證了授權氛圍各因素對組織間信任的影響，在一定程度上彌補了授權氛圍和信任實證研究的欠缺，，為進一步建立和完善工程信任理論體系提供了有益的借鑒。在工程項目實踐過程中，總承包商可以通過信息平臺的共享，與分包商協(xié)商制定共同的目標，在一定范圍內(nèi)擴大對分包商的授權，可以有效的促進雙方的信任，從而提高整個供應鏈的運作效率。
[Abstract]:In the face of the fierce competition in the construction market, the introduction of supply chain management in the construction industry has gradually attracted the attention of scholars and construction institutions. Under the EPC model, the supply chain management system can be constructed by using this supply chain management idea for reference. Empowerment (empowerment) is one of the effective means to enable organizations to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. It is a multi-level concept. The importance of delegation atmosphere in enhancing organizational flexibility and promoting trust among organizations is increasing. Trust among organizations is one of the important prerequisites for the establishment of a successful supply chain. It is also the basis for the further improvement and sustainable development of the construction market. However, trust among organizations in the construction supply chain is not satisfactory. This paper takes the construction supply chain contractor and sub-contractor as the research object, discusses the factors of the authorization atmosphere and the mechanism of the authorization atmosphere acting on the trust between the organizations of the construction supply chain. In this paper, the related concepts of authorization atmosphere and inter-organizational trust are studied. Based on the theory of social exchange and the characteristics of architectural supply chain, the theoretical model and research hypothesis are put forward. Secondly, based on the mature questionnaire at home and abroad, the stability and applicability of the questionnaire are further verified according to the actual situation of construction engineering. Then, in the form of paper and electronic version, the general contractor and the middle and senior management in the subcontractor organization under the EPC mode are given the questionnaire. A total of 315 questionnaires are distributed, and 219 valid questionnaires are returned. Finally, by using SPSS17.0 software and factor analysis, it is concluded that there are three dimensions of authorization atmosphere in building supply chain mode: information sharing (information sharing), cross boundary autonomy (autonomy through boundaries), replaces hierarchical (team accountability). With team Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: the positive influence of authorization atmosphere on inter-organizational trust, the positive effect of each dimension of authorization atmosphere on relational trust; Information sharing has a positive effect on computational trust, while cross-boundary autonomy and team substitution level have no significant effect on computational trust. This paper highlights the research on the empowerment between the general contractor and the subcontractor of the construction supply chain, expands the research on the organizational level of the authorization, and improves the empirical research on the trust of the authorization atmosphere in the construction supply chain. It verifies the influence of various factors of authorization atmosphere on inter-organizational trust, and to some extent makes up for the lack of empirical research on authorization atmosphere and trust, and provides a useful reference for the further establishment and improvement of engineering trust theory system. In the practical process of the project, the general contractor can share the information platform, negotiate with the subcontractor to set common goals, and expand the authorization to the subcontractor within a certain scope, which can effectively promote the mutual trust between the two parties.
