E公司的庫存管理優(yōu)化與應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. If the business wants to gain a higher market share, it is necessary to continuously reduce the cost of its products. At present, the reduction space of raw materials and production cost of manufacturers is getting smaller and smaller. The traditional concept of inventory management can no longer meet the needs of today's market. The focus of modern inventory management research is on the inventory control of the whole supply chain. More and more enterprises realize that it is difficult to stand on their own in the fierce market competition simply relying on their own strength. How to integrate upstream and downstream enterprise resources to achieve win-win is the most important to solve the problem. The important idea of supply chain management is to reduce the uncertainty of market demand through the high sharing of enterprise information in each node of the supply chain, so as to improve the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain on the basis of reducing the operating cost of the whole supply chain. To win more. Based on the investigation of the present situation of E Company's inventory management, this paper analyzes the existing problems in E Company's inventory management, and points out the necessity of the management reform of demand planning management and the internal supply mode of E Company Group and its significance to the development of the enterprise. And the current situation of supply chain inventory management is summarized, and the differences between traditional inventory management and supply chain inventory management are compared. Furthermore, the significance of inventory management based on supply chain to reduce the backlog of enterprise inventory funds is analyzed. This paper takes E Company as the research background, which is a manufacturing enterprise of reducer parts. By analyzing the current situation of inventory management, it is concluded that the main factors affecting the level of inventory management are demand planning management and supply flow management within the group. Starting from the demand planning management and the improvement of the supply flow of the group, with the aim of reducing the inventory level of E Company, the improvement scheme of the existing process and management status is designed. This paper optimizes the demand plan, inventory management strategy and internal supply mode of the group, finds out the problems from their respective characteristics, and puts forward the improved management methods and solutions. Taking E as an example, this paper considers the inventory management improvement analysis of the whole supply chain demand plan, hoping that it can be used for reference and help similar enterprises.
