【摘要】：庫存管理是決定一個(gè)企業(yè)能否健康發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。庫存管理做得好企業(yè)則生,反之則死。庫存管理的功能就是公司在同等銷售業(yè)績(jī)下盡可能的減少庫存。它既可以幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)金的快速周轉(zhuǎn),又可以減少庫存持有成本,提高企業(yè)贏利能力。 本文以企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(ERP)、供應(yīng)鏈管理(SCM)、供應(yīng)商管理庫存(VMI)、 ABC管理等運(yùn)營管理的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),綜合運(yùn)用各種研究方法,以偉創(chuàng)力深圳公司BaanIV系統(tǒng)上線后庫存管理的工作實(shí)際為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,著重針對(duì)該公司ERP系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用不充分、現(xiàn)有庫存管理方式與ERP系統(tǒng)不銜接、安全庫存設(shè)置不合理等庫存管理中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題展開分析與研究,最終提出了充分有效運(yùn)用ERP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化庫存管理流程、加強(qiáng)ABC物料分類管理、實(shí)施供應(yīng)商管理庫存、優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理等具體的優(yōu)化方案,并為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一優(yōu)化改進(jìn)方案提出了具體的實(shí)施保障。 本文研究成果對(duì)促進(jìn)偉創(chuàng)力深圳公司改善庫存管理現(xiàn)狀、提升庫存管理水平提供理論借鑒與現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo),也期望能對(duì)制造業(yè)其他企業(yè)的庫存管理提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Inventory management is an important link to determine whether an enterprise can develop healthily. Inventory management to do good business life, vice versa. The function of inventory management is to reduce inventory as much as possible under the same sales performance. It can not only help the enterprise realize the quick cash turnover, but also reduce the cost of inventory holding and improve the profitability of the enterprise. This paper is based on the related theories of (ERP), supply chain management, (SCM), supplier management, inventory management, (VMI), ABC management and so on, and makes comprehensive use of various research methods. Taking the actual work of inventory management in BaanIV system of Flextronics Shenzhen Company as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation of inventory management, focusing on the insufficient use of the ERP system and the disconnection between the existing inventory management mode and ERP system. This paper analyzes and studies the practical problems in inventory management, such as unreasonable setting of safety inventory, and finally puts forward to optimize the inventory management process by fully and effectively using ERP system, strengthen the classified management of ABC materials, and implement the management of inventory by suppliers. The specific optimization scheme such as supplier relationship management is optimized, and the concrete implementation guarantee is put forward to realize the optimization and improvement scheme. The research results of this paper can help Flextronics Shenzhen to improve the current situation of inventory management and improve the level of inventory management to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance. It is also expected to provide reference value for other manufacturing enterprises in inventory management.
