【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈及機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)理論,以乳制品供應(yīng)鏈中各經(jīng)濟(jì)主體為研究對(duì)象,在闡述乳制品供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)行機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合調(diào)研資料,對(duì)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈安全威脅進(jìn)行歸納,并對(duì)安全問題發(fā)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析。從調(diào)整乳制品供應(yīng)鏈安全監(jiān)管體制、創(chuàng)新信息監(jiān)管工具、創(chuàng)建公眾參與機(jī)制、激勵(lì)約束機(jī)制和完善保障機(jī)制的角度,構(gòu)建乳制品供應(yīng)鏈安全管控機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈全程管控,重塑消費(fèi)者對(duì)乳制品行業(yè)的信任。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of supply chain and mechanism design, this paper takes various economic entities in dairy supply chain as the research object, on the basis of expounding the operational mechanism of dairy supply chain and combining with the investigation data, summarizes the security threat of dairy supply chain. The causes of safety problems are analyzed. From the angle of adjusting the safety supervision system of dairy supply chain, innovating the information supervision tools, establishing the mechanism of public participation, encouraging and restricting mechanism and perfecting the safeguard mechanism, the safety control mechanism of dairy supply chain is constructed. Strengthen the dairy supply chain throughout the control, restore consumer trust in the dairy industry.
