基于供應(yīng)鏈視角下我國蜂產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)影響因素的研究

【摘要】:我國是世界養(yǎng)蜂大國,養(yǎng)蜂數(shù)量和蜂蜜產(chǎn)量多年來一直穩(wěn)居世界首位。改革開放以來,我國養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)經(jīng)歷了快速發(fā)展、鞏固提高和穩(wěn)步增長三個階段。目前,我國蜂群數(shù)量達到900萬群,17萬多戶蜂戶,蜂農(nóng)人數(shù)約有34萬左右,2012年蜂蜜產(chǎn)量44.8萬噸,蜂蜜產(chǎn)值早已突破50億元大關(guān)。蜂產(chǎn)品既可為食品,也是藥品,并且逐步向化妝、美容等領(lǐng)域延伸,成為國內(nèi)外蜂蜜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新方向。中國現(xiàn)在的蜂蜜年消費只有十萬噸左右,大部分用于出口。隨著我國經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)步增長,人們生活水平不斷提高,居民收入不斷增加,城鎮(zhèn)居民對蜂產(chǎn)品需求的多樣化以及老齡化趨勢逐漸加強,我國蜂產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展迎來一個新的臺階。 本文首先根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈基本理論,將我國蜂產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈分為上游(蜂農(nóng)的養(yǎng)殖工作)、中游(主要蜂產(chǎn)品核心企業(yè))和下游(批發(fā)、零售企業(yè)和消費者)三段,分別進行現(xiàn)狀分析。 其次,本文著重分析了影響我國蜂產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。從上游來看,我國的自然環(huán)境,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),蜂農(nóng)的知識水平以及政府的相關(guān)支持政策都成為影響?zhàn)B蜂業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。從中、下游來看,核心企業(yè)是供應(yīng)鏈條上的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一,首先從博弈論角度研究核心企業(yè)在供應(yīng)鏈上的合作伙伴選擇這一主要影響因素,分析其對蜂產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈效率的影響;另外基于供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)柔性的主要評價指標(biāo),選取四個比較有代表性的影響因素,即蜂產(chǎn)品企業(yè)主營業(yè)務(wù)生產(chǎn)成本、信息傳遞效率、蜂產(chǎn)品企業(yè)規(guī)模、蜂蜜年產(chǎn)量,以蜂產(chǎn)品企業(yè)主營業(yè)務(wù)利潤作為自變量,對上述變量之間的計量關(guān)系進行分析;最后通過我國著名蜂蜜品牌企業(yè)進行案例研究,從企業(yè)角度分析論證,影響核心企業(yè)發(fā)展的各項因素。 從供應(yīng)鏈終端來看,筆者對消費者進行了關(guān)于蜂產(chǎn)品消費的調(diào)研,獲得消費者的基本情況,還對大型超市的供應(yīng)鏈主管、大學(xué)教師等主要專業(yè)人員進行調(diào)查研究,獲得主要指標(biāo)的評分,對此做了AHP分析,得出影響消費者對蜂產(chǎn)品消費的因素主要是價格、服務(wù)、安全性、品牌等。 針對上述分析,為促進我國蜂產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,提出的對策建議有:完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),創(chuàng)造有利的養(yǎng)蜂環(huán)境;推廣養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)培訓(xùn),完善對養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)的各項支持政策;改變蜂蜜產(chǎn)業(yè)的“三低”局面,提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益;注重技術(shù)和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,提升企業(yè)品牌競爭力;學(xué)習(xí)借鑒發(fā)達國家的經(jīng)驗,,并且學(xué)以致用;完善我國信息傳遞機制,促進第三方物流的發(fā)展;推進市場體系建設(shè),規(guī)范市場秩序;刺激消費,擴大國內(nèi)市場份額。
[Abstract]:Our country is the world beekeeping country, beekeeping quantity and honey production have been the first in the world for many years. Since the reform and opening up, China's beekeeping industry has experienced three stages: rapid development, consolidation, improvement and steady growth. At present, the number of bee colony in China has reached 9 million groups, more than 170000 bee households, the number of bee farmers is about 340000, the honey production in 2012 448000 tons, honey production value has already exceeded 5 billion yuan mark. Bee products can be food and medicine, and gradually extended to cosmetics, beauty and other fields, has become a new direction of development of honey industry at home and abroad. China now consumes only about 100,000 tons of honey a year, mostly for export. With the steady growth of Chinese economy, the improvement of people's living standard, the increase of residents' income, the diversification of urban residents' demand for bee products and the trend of aging, the development of bee products industry in our country is ushered in a new step. In this paper, according to the basic theory of supply chain, the supply chain of bee products in China is divided into three sections: upstream (breeding of bee farmers), middle (the core enterprises of bee products) and downstream (wholesale, retail and consumer). The present situation is analyzed separately. Secondly, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of bee industry in China. From the upstream point of view, the natural environment, the infrastructure construction, the knowledge level of bee farmers and the relevant government support policies are the important factors that affect the development of the beekeeping industry. From the downstream point of view, the core enterprise is one of the important links in the supply chain. Firstly, the paper studies the main influencing factor of the core enterprise's partner selection in the supply chain from the perspective of game theory, and analyzes its influence on the efficiency of the bee product supply chain. In addition, based on the main evaluation index of supply chain supply flexibility, four representative influencing factors are selected, namely, the production cost of the main business of bee products enterprises, the efficiency of information transmission, the scale of bee products enterprises, and the annual production of honey. Taking the main business profit of the bee product enterprise as the independent variable, the measurement relationship between the above variables is analyzed. Finally, through the case study of famous honey brand enterprises in China, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the factors that affect the development of core enterprises from the angle of enterprises. From the point of view of the supply chain terminal, the author conducted a survey on the consumption of bee products to obtain the basic situation of consumers, and also investigated and studied the main professionals such as supply chain managers, university teachers and so on in large supermarkets. The AHP analysis shows that the main factors affecting consumer consumption of bee products are price, service, safety, brand and so on. In view of the above analysis, in order to promote the development of bee products industry in China, the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: perfecting infrastructure construction, creating favorable beekeeping environment, popularizing breeding technology training, perfecting various supporting policies for beekeeping industry; To change the "three low" situation of honey industry, to improve the economic benefits of enterprises, to pay attention to technology and service innovation, to enhance the brand competitiveness of enterprises, to learn from the experience of developed countries, and to apply learning to practical use; We should perfect the information transmission mechanism of our country, promote the development of the third party logistics, promote the construction of the market system, standardize the market order, stimulate consumption and expand the domestic market share.
