BF集團供應(yīng)鏈整合戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和信息技術(shù)多樣化的高速發(fā)展,,為了適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟很多企業(yè)企業(yè)對于供應(yīng)鏈管理越來越重視起來,也就是說企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開供應(yīng)鏈的管理。傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)日益發(fā)展的要求,新的供應(yīng)鏈管理尤其是依據(jù)信息技術(shù)發(fā)展起來的電子商務(wù)型供應(yīng)鏈管理逐漸的取代了傳統(tǒng)的管理模式。本文闡述了供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈管理及供應(yīng)鏈整合對BF集團發(fā)展的重要意義;通過文獻研究法、信息研究法和對比分析法對BF集團改制后新型供應(yīng)鏈進行研究,深入探討了供應(yīng)鏈整合對企業(yè)內(nèi)部及外部的重要性;更加清晰的說明了信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展給供應(yīng)鏈整合提供了前提條件。 本文通過傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式和現(xiàn)代供應(yīng)鏈管理的闡述和對比,說明在市場競爭條件下,企業(yè)不能僅僅重視自身業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,而忽略與上下游進行戰(zhàn)略合作;企業(yè)應(yīng)該在重視自身核心業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的同時,通過信息共享技術(shù)積極與原料供應(yīng)商及下游客戶進行長期合作。 本文闡述供應(yīng)鏈整合的相關(guān)理論研究,并對供應(yīng)鏈整合三維要素信息整合、物流整合及資金流整合分別進行了研究,說明了隨著供應(yīng)鏈整合伴隨著三維要素的整合;同時研究了外部整合和內(nèi)部整合的關(guān)系。 本文研究了BF集團改制前后,企業(yè)內(nèi)部外部的變化。從企業(yè)內(nèi)部到企業(yè)外部的整合同時也催生了整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的完善。BF集團通過利用自身核心業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)勢,橫向拓展其他業(yè)務(wù),增強了市場影響力。 本文通過BF集團單一品牌戰(zhàn)略實施、員工激勵戰(zhàn)略實施、直銷戰(zhàn)略實施、生產(chǎn)外包戰(zhàn)略的實施及信息整合戰(zhàn)略的實施,研究了BF集團堅持多元化的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文通過BF集團發(fā)展近十年的歷程,從改制前計劃型的經(jīng)營模式到新形式下市場型的經(jīng)營模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,闡述了BF集團通過供應(yīng)鏈整合戰(zhàn)略對企業(yè)內(nèi)部外部進行改造。無論是集團堅持的單一品牌戰(zhàn)略、員工激勵戰(zhàn)略、直銷戰(zhàn)略、外包戰(zhàn)略的實施還是信息整合戰(zhàn)略實施,都增強了BF集團供應(yīng)鏈競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and diversification of information technology, in order to adapt to the market economy, many enterprises pay more and more attention to supply chain management, that is to say, the development of enterprises can not be separated from supply chain management. Traditional enterprise management has not been able to meet the growing needs of enterprises. The new supply chain management, especially the e-commerce supply chain management based on information technology, has gradually replaced the traditional management model. This paper expounds the importance of supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain integration to the development of BF Group. Through the methods of literature research, information research and comparative analysis, this paper studies the new supply chain after the restructuring of BF Group, and probes into the importance of supply chain integration to the internal and external of the enterprise. More clearly explained the rapid development of information technology to supply chain integration to provide a prerequisite. This article through the traditional enterprise management pattern and the modern supply chain management elaboration and the contrast, under the market competition condition, the enterprise cannot only attach importance to its own business development, but neglects carries on the strategic cooperation with the upstream and downstream; Enterprises should attach importance to their core business development and actively cooperate with raw material suppliers and downstream customers through information sharing technology. In this paper, the relevant theoretical research of supply chain integration is described, and the information integration, logistics integration and capital flow integration of supply chain integration are studied respectively, which shows that with the supply chain integration accompanied by the integration of three-dimensional elements; At the same time, the relationship between external integration and internal integration is studied. This paper studies the internal and external changes of BF Group before and after restructuring. The integration from the inside of the enterprise to the outside of the enterprise also gave birth to the perfection of the whole industrial chain. BF Group has enhanced its market influence by making use of its core business advantages and expanding other business horizontally. Through the implementation of single brand strategy, employee incentive strategy, direct marketing strategy, production outsourcing strategy and information integration strategy of BF Group, this paper studies the diversified enterprise development strategy of BF Group. Based on the development of BF Group in the past ten years, this paper describes the transformation of BF Group's internal and external enterprises through supply chain integration strategy, from the planned management model to the market-based management model under the new form. The single brand strategy, employee incentive strategy, direct marketing strategy, outsourcing strategy and information integration strategy all enhance the supply chain competitiveness of BF Group.
