【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來,人類對于生物保健品的需求越來越大,要求的質(zhì)量也越來越高,作為醫(yī)療輔助型產(chǎn)品,生物保健品質(zhì)量的好壞與人們的健康以及生命安全息息相關(guān)。自改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,廣大人們?nèi)罕姷纳钯|(zhì)量也日益提高,人們對于自身健康的重視也達(dá)到了前所未有的程度,由此,我國對生物保健品質(zhì)量的監(jiān)管力度也日益嚴(yán)格起來。因此,如何能有效的利用現(xiàn)有資源,大規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)出符合國家質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的生物保健產(chǎn)品便成為擺在每一個中國生物保健品制造企業(yè)面前的突出問題。 文章首先介紹質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)典理論以及發(fā)展趨勢,為解決問題提供相關(guān)理論依據(jù),然后簡介大連醫(yī)諾生物有限公司現(xiàn)狀,以“共軛亞油酸退貨風(fēng)波”案例引出企業(yè)在質(zhì)量管理方面所存在的若干問題,深入分析,提出相應(yīng)對策,例如嚴(yán)格質(zhì)量管理程序、改善生產(chǎn)環(huán)境、加大研發(fā)力度、運用PDCA法等等。接下來針對案例潛在問題完善對策,提出企業(yè)進(jìn)一步強化質(zhì)量管理的建議,例如全員參與質(zhì)量管理、進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)上下游供應(yīng)鏈建設(shè)、拓展PDCA法的應(yīng)用范圍、管理理念的不斷升級等等。最后通過實施上述對策,使得“退貨風(fēng)波”順利解決,企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平得到大幅提升,企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況的到改善。 本文以大連醫(yī)諾生物有限公司為研究對象,以“共軛亞油酸退貨風(fēng)波”作為案例,針對公司目前的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀運用工商管理學(xué)理論特別是涉及到質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行深入分析研究,制定出提升企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平的方法,使企業(yè)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)大幅提升。同時,本文通過上述工作,還希冀對我國目前正在使用質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)企業(yè)起到一定的指導(dǎo)借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 century, the demand for biological health products has become more and more large, and the quality of biological health products has become more and more high. As a medical auxiliary product, the quality of biological health products is closely related to people's health and life safety. Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese economy has developed rapidly, the quality of life of the masses has been improved day by day, and people have paid more attention to their own health than ever before. As a result, In our country, the quality of biological health products is also increasingly strict. Therefore, how to effectively use the existing resources, large-scale production of biological health products in line with the national quality standards has become a prominent problem in front of every Chinese biological health products manufacturing enterprises. This paper first introduces the classical theory of quality management and its development trend, and then introduces the current situation of Dalian Yino Biological Co., Ltd. Based on the case of "Conjugated Linoleic Acid returning Storm", some problems existing in the quality management of enterprises are elicited, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, such as strict quality management procedures, improving production environment and increasing R & D. Use PDCA method and so on. Then it puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen quality management, such as full participation in quality management, further promotion of upstream and downstream supply chain construction, and expansion of the scope of application of the PDCA method. The continuous upgrading of management concepts and so on. Finally, through the implementation of the above countermeasures, the "return storm" is solved smoothly, the quality management level of the enterprise is greatly improved, and the management situation of the enterprise is improved. This paper takes Dalian Yino Biological Co., Ltd as the research object and takes the "Conjugated Linoleic Acid return Storm" as an example. In view of the current situation of quality management of the company, the theory of business administration, especially the related theory of quality management, is used to analyze and study deeply, and the method of improving the quality management level of enterprise is worked out, which can greatly improve the quality of enterprise products. At the same time, through the above work, this paper also hopes to play a guiding role in the use of quality management related enterprises in our country.
