【摘要】：BTO供應(yīng)鏈作為一種柔性的供應(yīng)鏈,是眾多企業(yè)在21世紀(jì)首選的重要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,受到產(chǎn)業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的高度重視。以往對(duì)于BTO供應(yīng)鏈的研究大多運(yùn)用靜態(tài)的運(yùn)籌學(xué)方法。本文則采用多Agent建模方法研究BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建問(wèn)題。 論文針對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于多Agent的BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建方法。首先提出BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一般模型、基于多Agent的BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建框架,和動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的過(guò)程,并介紹了每個(gè)Agent的功能。其次給出選擇上游供應(yīng)商時(shí)的評(píng)價(jià)與選擇策略,即以產(chǎn)品提前期、價(jià)格和地點(diǎn)作為選擇與評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),來(lái)選擇上游供應(yīng)商。最后開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建的原型系統(tǒng),并通過(guò)一個(gè)汽車(chē)公司的案例驗(yàn)證了采用多Agent方法對(duì)于動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的有效性。 論文研究結(jié)果表明,多Agent方法不僅能夠有效的動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)建BTO供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò),還可以將該方法擴(kuò)展到其他類型供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建中；論文所提出的評(píng)價(jià)與選擇策略可以作為企業(yè)選擇供應(yīng)商的參考。因此本文研究對(duì)于企業(yè)BTO供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營(yíng)管理具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As a flexible supply chain, BTO supply chain is the most important competitive strategy for many enterprises in the 21st century. In the past, the research of BTO supply chain mostly used static operation research method. In this paper, multiple Agent modeling method is used to study the dynamic construction of BTO supply chain network. Aiming at the problem of dynamic construction of BTO supply chain network, this paper proposes a dynamic construction method of BTO supply chain network based on multiple Agent. Firstly, the general model of BTO supply chain network, the dynamic construction framework of BTO supply chain network based on multiple Agent, and the process of dynamically constructing BTO supply chain network are presented. The function of each Agent is also introduced. Secondly, the evaluation and selection strategy of the upstream supplier is given, that is, the product lead time, price and location are taken as the selection and evaluation index to select the upstream supplier. Finally, a prototype system of dynamic construction of BTO supply chain network is developed, and the effectiveness of using multiple Agent method to dynamically construct BTO supply chain network is verified by a case study of an automobile company. The results show that the multiple Agent method can not only dynamically construct the BTO supply chain network, but also extend it to the construction of other types of supply chain networks. The evaluation and selection strategy proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for enterprises to select suppliers. Therefore, this paper has important practical application value for BTO supply chain operation management.
