基于軟集合理論的供應(yīng)鏈信息共享評價
[Abstract]:With the increasingly close relationship between supply chain enterprises, the information sharing among enterprises is particularly important. Supply chain must be based on information sharing in order to promote the flow of information. Supply chain information sharing refers to the upstream and downstream enterprises share their own information with each other in order to coordinate the whole supply chain and realize the optimization of supply chain efficiency. Due to the lack of effective and reliable quantitative evaluation model, it is difficult to determine the degree of information sharing in supply chain. So that the supply chain node enterprises can not clearly understand the real operation of their supply chain, when the degree of information sharing is low, it is difficult to realize and take effective countermeasures. As a result, the overall operating cost and competitive power of the supply chain are increased and the market advantage is gradually lost. Soft set theory (Soft Set Theory) is a new tool for dealing with uncertain problems. It can overcome the defects of the traditional mathematical methods, such as probability theory, fuzzy set theory, interval mathematics theory and rough theory in dealing with uncertain problems. The method of describing objects by soft sets is very flexible. In this paper, the soft set theory is applied to the evaluation of supply chain information sharing, which makes up for the limitation of traditional evaluation model of supply chain information sharing under the condition of considering quantitative and qualitative information fusion. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper summarizes the research status of supply chain information sharing evaluation and soft set on the basis of relevant literature. The characteristics and shortcomings of several common evaluation models of supply chain information sharing are summarized and the concept of soft set is introduced. Secondly, based on the construction of supply chain information sharing evaluation index system, a set of supply chain information sharing evaluation index system is concluded. Thirdly, this paper introduces the decision system of soft set and bijective soft set and the definition of dependency and importance, and introduces a reduction method based on system importance. Fourthly, according to the real values of each index of the supply chain information sharing scheme, this paper makes cluster analysis of eight supply chain information sharing schemes, and constructs a bijective soft set by transforming quantitative information into qualitative information. Then the key factors that affect the result of information sharing in supply chain are found out by calculating the parameter reduction of double soft set, and the importance degree of each parameter is calculated, and the importance of each parameter is quantified. A new evaluation method of supply chain information sharing is obtained, which enriches the existing research system of supply chain information sharing evaluation.
