基于SOA集成環(huán)境下整車企業(yè)產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)模式研究

【摘要】:在以買方為主導(dǎo)的全球化市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境中,客戶的需求時(shí)時(shí)變化,產(chǎn)品的交貨期越來越短,質(zhì)量要求不斷提高。傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式已難以適應(yīng)多變的市場(chǎng)需求。而整車企業(yè)作為典型的離散型制造企業(yè),擁有復(fù)雜的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),繁多的產(chǎn)品種類和數(shù)量,會(huì)造成整車企業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期長(zhǎng),無法快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng),同時(shí)也加大了管理的難度。 為應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境變化與信息技術(shù)發(fā)展帶來的挑戰(zhàn),整車企業(yè)迫切需要結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際建立一種集成環(huán)境下新的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)模式,來有效管理企業(yè)內(nèi)復(fù)雜而繁多的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、信息流,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的多樣化、產(chǎn)品成本有效控制以及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的保證,需要在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中最大限度地降低設(shè)計(jì)變更,有效改善因設(shè)計(jì)變更導(dǎo)致的開發(fā)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),成本提高等問題。 本文從整車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程、整車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理體系、信息化環(huán)境下跨系統(tǒng)信息交互以及基于PDM系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)四方面內(nèi)容出發(fā),對(duì)信息化環(huán)境下整車企業(yè)協(xié)同產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程進(jìn)行了深入分析。支撐整車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的信息化過程中主要存在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期長(zhǎng)、成本高,由信息系統(tǒng)集成度低導(dǎo)致的信息數(shù)據(jù)延遲、失真、設(shè)計(jì)變更率高等問題。 在對(duì)企業(yè)面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)應(yīng)用集成環(huán)境和整車產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)流程研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了以基于SOA架構(gòu)的信息交互共享、產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)機(jī)制和產(chǎn)品協(xié)同安全策略三個(gè)內(nèi)容為核心的整車企業(yè)集成環(huán)境下產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)模式�;诩森h(huán)境下的信息交互共享實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,分別從企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)協(xié)同機(jī)制。針對(duì)產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)過程中存在的安全沖突,,建立了集成環(huán)境下知識(shí)安全模型,并提出相應(yīng)的協(xié)同安全策略。 最后本文將以上理論成果應(yīng)用于整車企業(yè)的實(shí)際產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中,以A企業(yè)基于SOA集成化系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與實(shí)施作為實(shí)例。根據(jù)A企業(yè)整車產(chǎn)品開發(fā)信息化環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,闡述了集成平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建與實(shí)施步驟。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明:基于SOA的產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開發(fā)模式能有效降低設(shè)計(jì)變更率、及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)問題,從而降低開發(fā)成本并提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In the global market economy environment dominated by buyers, customer demand is constantly changing, the delivery time of products is shorter and shorter, and the quality requirements are constantly improved. The traditional product development model has been difficult to adapt to the changing market demand. As a typical discrete manufacturing enterprise, the whole vehicle enterprise has complex product structure, various product types and quantity, which will result in a long product development cycle, unable to respond to the market quickly, and increase the difficulty of management. In order to meet the challenges brought by the change of market environment and the development of information technology, it is urgent for the whole vehicle enterprise to establish a new product cooperative development model under the integrated environment to effectively manage the complex and various product data in the enterprise. Business process, information flow, achieve efficient product collaborative development. In order to realize the diversification of products, the effective control of product cost and the guarantee of product quality, it is necessary to minimize the design changes in the process of product development, and effectively improve the development time and cost increase caused by the design changes. This paper starts from four aspects: the whole vehicle product development process, the whole vehicle product development management system, the cross-system information exchange under the information environment and the product cooperation development based on the PDM system. In this paper, the collaborative product development process of the whole vehicle enterprise under the information environment is deeply analyzed. In the process of supporting the product development of the whole vehicle, there are many problems, such as long product development cycle, high cost, low information system integration, information data delay, distortion, high design change rate and so on. Based on the research on the application integration environment of enterprise service-oriented architecture and the business process of collaborative development of vehicle products, this paper proposes an interactive sharing of information based on SOA architecture. The product cooperative development model under the integrated environment of vehicle enterprise is the core of product cooperative development mechanism and product cooperative security strategy. Based on the implementation of information interaction and sharing in the integrated environment, the product development cooperation mechanism is constructed from the internal and external aspects of the enterprise. In view of the security conflicts in the process of product collaborative development, the knowledge security model in the integrated environment is established, and the corresponding cooperative security strategy is proposed. Finally, this paper applies the above theoretical results to the actual product development process of the whole vehicle enterprise, taking the construction and implementation of the integrated system based on SOA in the A enterprise as an example. According to the present situation of the information environment of vehicle product development in Enterprise A, the construction and implementation steps of the integrated platform are expounded. The practical application shows that the collaborative product development model based on SOA can effectively reduce the design change rate, discover the design problems in time, and thus reduce the development cost and improve the product quality.
