【摘要】：作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，制造業(yè)的發(fā)展和企業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型受到了各界的關(guān)注，作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的新生生力軍，物流業(yè)的迅速興起和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展也得到了越來(lái)越多的政策支持，自2009年制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展被列入重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目工程以來(lái)，兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)受到了更多的關(guān)注。在此前提下，文章以“基于兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)模式的集成體關(guān)系研究”為研究?jī)?nèi)容，從集成場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)理論、案例統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、實(shí)例分析等角度進(jìn)行了研究，以期對(duì)兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展模式下的集成體關(guān)系研究起到現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 本文在集成理論體系基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)模式識(shí)別依據(jù)——集成體關(guān)系、聯(lián)接鍵和基核關(guān)系相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述，并對(duì)兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)概念作以界定�；谙嚓P(guān)理論體系，分別從行業(yè)視角和集成場(chǎng)視角對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)案例進(jìn)行分析，提出基于統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的集成體關(guān)系研究；在對(duì)兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展模式及其三個(gè)識(shí)別依據(jù)(集成體關(guān)系、聯(lián)接鍵、基核關(guān)系)和聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展四個(gè)階段(導(dǎo)入階段、適應(yīng)階段、共享階段、創(chuàng)新階段)提出的基礎(chǔ)上，著重對(duì)不同聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展階段形成的集成體關(guān)系基本特征進(jìn)行了分析，并透過(guò)集成體關(guān)系反映出聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展的深層次矛盾。基于不同聯(lián)動(dòng)階段的集成體關(guān)系特征，對(duì)奇瑞汽車和蕪湖長(zhǎng)久聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中不同階段的集成體關(guān)系進(jìn)行了剖析，并通過(guò)對(duì)影響兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)集成體關(guān)系發(fā)展存在因素的分析，提出相關(guān)發(fā)展建議。最終得出，隨著聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展階段的不斷深入，集成體間關(guān)系逐漸趨向于緊密融合化和高度集成化。 通過(guò)本文研究結(jié)果表明，在我國(guó)兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展模式下制造集成體與物流集成體之間達(dá)成了較為穩(wěn)定的合作與互動(dòng)關(guān)系，不同聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展階段的集成體關(guān)系緊密程度不同。然而，在兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)中仍然存在一些影響集成體間關(guān)系發(fā)展的難題有待解決，尤其是物流企業(yè)整體發(fā)展水平低下，無(wú)法滿足制造企業(yè)物流服務(wù)需求。因此，在本文對(duì)基于兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展模式的集成體關(guān)系研究的基礎(chǔ)上，，希望能夠?yàn)閮蓸I(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展提供一定的幫助和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of the national economy, the development of manufacturing industry and the enterprise upgrading and transformation have attracted attention from all walks of life. As a new force of the tertiary industry, the rapid rise and long-term development of the logistics industry has also received more and more policy support. Since the development of the linkage between manufacturing and logistics was listed as a key project in 2009, the linkage between the two industries has received more attention. On this premise, this paper studies the integration volume relationship based on the two-industry linkage model from the basic theory of integration field, case statistics analysis, case analysis and so on. It is expected to play a practical guiding role in the research of integrated volume relationship under the mode of two industries linkage development. On the basis of integration theory system, this paper expounds the related theories of integrated volume relation, connection bond and base core relation, and defines the concept of two industries linkage. Based on the relevant theory system, this paper analyzes the statistical cases from the perspective of industry and integration field, and puts forward the research of integrated volume relationship based on statistical analysis. On the basis of the two industry linkage development model and its three identification basis (integration volume relation, connection key, base core relation) and linkage development four stages (import stage, adaptation stage, sharing stage, innovation stage), the paper puts forward four stages: introduction stage, adaptation stage, sharing stage and innovation stage. The basic characteristics of integrated volume relations formed in different stages of linkage development are analyzed, and the deep-level contradictions of linkage development are reflected through integrated volume relations. Based on the characteristics of the integration volume relationship in different linkage stages, this paper analyzes the integration volume relationship between Chery Automobile and Wuhu in different stages, and analyzes the factors that affect the development of the relationship between the two industries. Put forward relevant development suggestions. Finally, with the development of linkage, the relationship between integrated bodies tends to be closely integrated and highly integrated. The results of this paper show that the cooperation and interaction between manufacturing integrators and logistics integrators are relatively stable under the development mode of two industries in China, and the degree of close relationship between manufacturing integrators and logistics integrators is different in different stages of linkage development. However, there are still some problems that affect the development of the relationship between the two industries, especially the low level of logistics enterprises' overall development, which can not meet the logistics service needs of manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, on the basis of the research of the integrated volume relationship based on the two industries' linkage development model, we hope to provide some help and practical significance for the two industries' linkage development.
