【摘要】：我國物流業(yè)的起步晚,基礎相對比較薄弱。一直到20世紀90年代才掀起了一場物流發(fā)展的高潮。隨著物流的更深更進一步的發(fā)展,也是從量變到質(zhì)變的發(fā)展,物流發(fā)展進入了供應鏈的時代。在這一個新的時代中,供應鏈的模式的選擇已經(jīng)成為各行各業(yè)提高自身競爭力的籌碼,如何根據(jù)自身行業(yè)和地域特點,選擇適合的供應鏈模式成為關注的焦點。 現(xiàn)代果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的物流供應鏈仍然還存在著許多沒有解決的問題。果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的物流相較于其它產(chǎn)品的物流,本身就存在著儲存和運輸條件不完善且風險大、易損易腐蝕變質(zhì)的問題。果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的物流需要更快更便捷更完善的供應鏈模式,然而,我國果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應鏈的發(fā)展還十分落后。中國作為果蔬生產(chǎn)大國,由于供應鏈模式存在的一些問題,不僅果蔬的出口量和深加工比例較低,而且每年在運輸中損失的比例都很大,這就不得不讓人們重視果蔬供應鏈模式的發(fā)展問題。中國地域廣闊,各地的實際發(fā)展情況都不一樣,因此,不可能盲目的照搬其他地區(qū)的供應鏈模式。本文是以宜昌地區(qū)柑橘產(chǎn)業(yè)的供應鏈模式為研究對象,通過深入認識果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應鏈模式的相關理論,闡述了國內(nèi)果蔬供應鏈模式的特點、現(xiàn)狀和落后的原因,再借鑒國外有代表性的果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應鏈模式和發(fā)達國家的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,著重分析了宜昌地區(qū)柑橘產(chǎn)業(yè)的物流供應鏈模式的發(fā)展條件和相關企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,先介紹了宜昌市柑橘產(chǎn)業(yè)兩個比較突出和成功的供應鏈模式——曉溪紅柑橘專業(yè)合作社物流供應鏈模式和以政府為依托的“聚商促銷”型物流供應鏈模式的現(xiàn)狀和特點,用SOWT分析法著重分析了這兩種模式的優(yōu)缺點以及機遇和威脅,再對比了這兩種模式的差異點,從中總結(jié)出了宜昌市柑橘產(chǎn)業(yè)供應鏈模式中可能存在的問題,并結(jié)合之前的知識和認識,對宜昌市柑橘產(chǎn)業(yè)供應鏈今后的發(fā)展提出了自己的一些思路和想法。 本文希望通過對宜昌地區(qū)柑橘產(chǎn)業(yè)物流供應鏈模式的研究分析,了解國內(nèi)果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流供應鏈模式中的共同問題并找出適合的解決途徑或方法,能夠?qū)ζ渌貐^(qū)果蔬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應鏈模式的進一步發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:The logistics industry of our country starts late, the foundation is relatively weak. It was not until the 90's of the 20th century that a climax of logistics development was set off. With the further development of logistics and the development from quantitative change to qualitative change, logistics development has entered the era of supply chain. In this new era, the choice of supply chain mode has become a bargaining chip for various industries to improve their competitiveness. How to choose a suitable supply chain model according to their own industry and regional characteristics has become the focus of attention. There are still many unsolved problems in the logistics supply chain of modern fruits and vegetables agricultural products. Compared with the logistics of other products, the logistics of fruit and vegetable agricultural products has the problems of imperfect storage and transportation conditions, high risk and vulnerability to corrosion and deterioration. The logistics of fruits and vegetables agricultural products need a faster, more convenient and more perfect supply chain mode. However, the development of the supply chain of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in China is still very backward. As a big country producing fruits and vegetables, because of some problems in supply chain mode, China not only has a low export volume and deep processing proportion, but also loses a large proportion in transportation every year. This has to let people pay attention to the development of fruit and vegetable supply chain model. China is a vast area and the actual development situation is different. Therefore, it is impossible to blindly copy the supply chain model of other regions. This paper takes the supply chain model of citrus industry in Yichang area as the research object, through deeply understanding the related theory of the supply chain mode of fruit and vegetable agricultural products, expounds the characteristics, present situation and the reason of the backwardness of the supply chain mode of domestic fruit and vegetable. Secondly, the development conditions of the logistics supply chain model of citrus industry in Yichang region and the development status of related enterprises are analyzed based on the representative models of fruit and vegetable agricultural products supply chain abroad and the development experience of developed countries. This paper first introduces the current situation and characteristics of two outstanding and successful supply chain models of citrus industry in Yichang, namely, Xiaoxihong citrus specialized cooperative logistics supply chain model and the "agglomeration promotion" logistics supply chain model based on the government. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the two models by SOWT analysis, then compares the differences between the two models, and summarizes the possible problems in the supply chain model of citrus industry in Yichang. Combined with the previous knowledge and understanding, this paper puts forward some ideas and ideas for the future development of the supply chain of citrus industry in Yichang city. Through the research and analysis of the supply chain model of citrus industry logistics in Yichang area, this paper hopes to understand the common problems in the supply chain model of domestic fruits and vegetables agricultural products and find out the appropriate ways or methods to solve them. It can provide reference for the further development of supply chain model of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in other regions.
