基于Fuzzy-QFD的食品冷鏈物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商選擇方法研究
[Abstract]:In the supply chain management environment, enterprises are committed to improve their core competitiveness, while maximizing the satisfaction of customer needs, that is, to achieve better quality, greater flexibility, more choices, higher value and lower prices. Enterprises usually choose suitable third-party logistics service providers as partners and establish stable contractual cooperation relationship to reduce resource consumption and bring better economic benefits for enterprises. As a link between upstream enterprises and downstream customers, third-party logistics service providers play an important role in realizing the smooth flow of logistics, information flow and capital flow in supply chain. Therefore, the reasonable selection and evaluation of suppliers is the basis of establishing a win-win relationship between suppliers, which is also an important problem for food cold-chain industry to select third-party logistics service providers. On the basis of expounding the third party logistics theory and service supply chain theory, in order to overcome the uncertainty and individual subjective color in the selection process of the third party logistics service supplier, this paper aims at the development of food cold chain. To avoid the lack of flexibility in expert evaluation, a method of selecting and evaluating third-party logistics service providers based on fuzzy theory and quality engineering development is proposed. Based on the service quality factors and capability factors involved in the quality house used in the selection process of third-party logistics suppliers, combined with a special industry such as food cold chain logistics, Describe the customer demand of cold-chain logistics industry, that is, the service quality factor, and apply the quality function expansion method to the core of the quality room. The logistics service content needed by the customer is integrated into the selection index system of the suitable third party logistics service provider. By constructing the index system of two-dimensional view, each module in the quality house endows each variable with the algorithm, and sorts the ability performance of the supplier through the fusion of the fuzzy theory and the quality function expansion method. And then realize the third party logistics service supplier selection and evaluation. The application of quality room method is beneficial to the third party logistics service providers which can be selected scientifically by decision makers. Finally, through case analysis, the scientific and feasibility of the method is explained.
