供應鏈環(huán)境下企業(yè)知識缺口彌補與互動學習路徑研究

【摘要】:知識缺口不但影響供應鏈成員企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新過程與創(chuàng)新效率,也制約著企業(yè)核心競爭力的形成。但從另一角度說,知識缺口也為企業(yè)提供了組織學習與交流的永恒動力。互動學習是解析知識缺口的適宜切入點,其可提高創(chuàng)新節(jié)點的知識價值意識和交換意識,促進區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的提升,有利于降低科學發(fā)現(xiàn)和科學研究的成本。供應鏈成員企業(yè)應當樹立共贏意識,,在信任和承諾的基礎上進行互動學習,選擇適宜的學習路徑,實現(xiàn)信息共享和知識創(chuàng)新,有效地彌補企業(yè)知識缺口。 本文在分析供應鏈中知識、企業(yè)知識管理以及知識缺口與缺口管理等相關理論基礎上,對知識鏈成員企業(yè)的知識缺口特征及其類型進行了描述,分析了知識缺口導向的互動學習過程以及互動學習過程對于企業(yè)知識缺口彌補的影響與約束,描述了互動學習過程與知識缺口彌補的數(shù)量關系,并分析供應鏈環(huán)境下企業(yè)互動學習過程基本的影響因素,描述了基于知識缺口彌補的企業(yè)互動學習的驅動力與動力機制,探尋了供應鏈關聯(lián)企業(yè)的互動學習路徑。最后,對豐田供應鏈的知識缺口彌補與互動學習路徑進行案例分析,分析了豐田供應鏈知識缺口與互動學習過程,描述了豐田供應鏈“輪軸式”和內部成員企業(yè)間互動學習相結合的學習路徑,提出了基于互動學習過程的豐田供應鏈知識缺口彌補過程的保障措施以及豐田供應鏈互動學習路徑選擇帶來的四點啟示。
[Abstract]:Knowledge gap not only affects the innovation process and innovation efficiency of supply chain member enterprises, but also restricts the formation of enterprise core competitiveness. But from another angle, knowledge gap also provides the eternal power of organizational learning and communication for enterprises. Interactive learning is a suitable entry point to resolve the knowledge gap. It can improve the knowledge value consciousness and exchange consciousness of innovation nodes, promote the promotion of regional innovation ability, and help to reduce the cost of scientific discovery and scientific research. Supply chain member enterprises should set up win-win consciousness, conduct interactive learning on the basis of trust and commitment, choose the appropriate learning path, realize information sharing and knowledge innovation, and make up the knowledge gap effectively. Based on the analysis of knowledge, enterprise knowledge management, knowledge gap and gap management in supply chain, this paper describes the characteristics and types of knowledge gap in knowledge chain member enterprises. This paper analyzes the interactive learning process oriented by knowledge gap and the influence and constraint of interactive learning process on the bridging of knowledge gap, and describes the quantitative relationship between the interactive learning process and the bridging of knowledge gap. It also analyzes the basic influencing factors of the enterprise interactive learning process in the supply chain environment, describes the driving force and dynamic mechanism of the enterprise interactive learning based on the knowledge gap bridging, and probes into the interactive learning path of the supply chain related enterprises. Finally, the knowledge gap and interactive learning path of Toyota supply chain are analyzed, and the process of knowledge gap and interactive learning in Toyota supply chain is analyzed. In this paper, the learning path of Toyota supply chain "wheel-axle" and interactive learning among internal members is described. This paper puts forward the safeguard measures of Toyota supply chain knowledge gap bridging process based on interactive learning process and four enlightenment brought about by Toyota supply chain interactive learning path choice.
