基于隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng)的人道主義救援供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程協(xié)同建模及效能分析

【摘要】:伴隨自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā)而來(lái)的人道主義救援規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,針對(duì)救援業(yè)務(wù)流程的復(fù)雜性特征,從人道主義救援供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程分析入手,運(yùn)用隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng),對(duì)災(zāi)后響應(yīng)階段的救援供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程協(xié)同進(jìn)行過(guò)程建模,并通過(guò)同構(gòu)馬爾科夫鏈,構(gòu)建其可達(dá)圖;應(yīng)用Matlab軟件,仿真人道主義救援供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程協(xié)同時(shí)間效能及運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。結(jié)果表明:模型能夠檢驗(yàn)救援業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的瓶頸環(huán)節(jié)和耗時(shí)的主要活動(dòng),為提高人道主義救援供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率提供理論支持及實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the frequent occurrence of natural disasters, the scale of humanitarian relief is becoming larger and larger. In view of the complexity of the rescue business process, this paper starts with the analysis of the business process of humanitarian relief supply chain, and uses random Petri net. After the disaster response stage of the rescue supply chain business process collaborative process modeling, and through the isomorphic Markov chain, build its Datuk; Matlab software is used to simulate the collaborative time efficiency and operational efficiency of humanitarian rescue supply chain business process. The results show that the model can test the bottleneck and the main time-consuming activities in the rescue business process, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the operational efficiency of the humanitarian relief supply chain.
