【摘要】：企業(yè)以綠色供應(yīng)鏈理論作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的重要理念，不僅體現(xiàn)出企業(yè)環(huán)保社會(huì)責(zé)任的增強(qiáng)，更有利于企業(yè)突破綠色貿(mào)易壁壘，樹立企業(yè)形象，提高企業(yè)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。隨著國(guó)家對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)的日益重視，環(huán)保制度與環(huán)保法律的不斷完善，企業(yè)為了實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展，就必須重視綠色供應(yīng)鏈的理念并勇于實(shí)踐。對(duì)于煤炭行業(yè)，其對(duì)環(huán)境的污染日益嚴(yán)重，煤炭企業(yè)為了有效規(guī)避環(huán)保風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就必須實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)商選擇的綠色化。 本文以章丘明水二號(hào)煤礦為實(shí)證研究的核心，首先，對(duì)相關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈、綠色供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)商選擇的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)和評(píng)述；其次，結(jié)合對(duì)章丘明水二號(hào)煤礦實(shí)地調(diào)研的資料，對(duì)現(xiàn)階段該煤礦供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)情況，，從物資及供應(yīng)商分類、供應(yīng)商選擇流程及供應(yīng)商選擇方法等方面對(duì)其供應(yīng)商選擇現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行匯總，將目前該煤礦在供應(yīng)商選擇過程中的問題進(jìn)行梳理與剖析。再次，結(jié)合煤炭行業(yè)物資及供應(yīng)商特點(diǎn)，對(duì)章丘明水二號(hào)煤礦物資及供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行分類，確定了符合該企業(yè)實(shí)際情況的供應(yīng)商選擇流程，明確了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系，應(yīng)用層次分析法對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與選擇；最后，根據(jù)章丘明水二號(hào)煤礦的實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)、綠色供應(yīng)鏈視角下煤炭企業(yè)供應(yīng)商選擇的相關(guān)研究及供應(yīng)商管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)，對(duì)目前章丘明水二號(hào)煤礦供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)及管理提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，主要包括評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì)，供應(yīng)商分級(jí)和供應(yīng)商管理對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The theory of green supply chain is regarded as an important concept of enterprise management, which not only reflects the enhancement of corporate environmental protection social responsibility, but also helps enterprises break through green trade barriers, set up enterprise image and improve their own competitiveness. With the increasing attention to environmental protection, environmental protection system and environmental protection laws, enterprises must attach importance to the concept of green supply chain and practice it in order to realize their long-term development. For the coal industry, the pollution to the environment is becoming more and more serious. In order to avoid the environmental risk effectively, coal enterprises must realize the greening of supplier selection. In this paper, Zhangqiu Minshui No. 2 coal mine as the core of empirical research, first of all, the related supply chain, green supply chain, supplier selection are summarized and commented; Secondly, according to the field investigation data of Zhangqiu Mingshui No. 2 Coal Mine, and according to the relevant situation of the coal mine supplier selection at the present stage, the materials and suppliers are classified. The status quo of supplier selection is summarized from the aspects of supplier selection process and supplier selection method, and the problems in the process of supplier selection in this coal mine are combed out and analyzed. Thirdly, according to the characteristics of materials and suppliers in coal industry, this paper classifies the materials and suppliers of Zhangqiu Mingshui No. 2 coal mine, determines the process of supplier selection according to the actual situation of the enterprise, and clarifies the index system of supplier evaluation. Using AHP to evaluate and select suppliers; Finally, according to the field investigation data of Zhangqiumingshui No.2 Coal Mine, the relevant research and knowledge of supplier selection and supplier management in coal enterprises from the perspective of green supply chain. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the evaluation and management of suppliers in Zhangqiumingshui No.2 Coal Mine, including the design of evaluation index system, the classification of suppliers and the countermeasures of supplier management.
