“內(nèi)耗”or“雙贏”——再看電商與快遞的跨界之爭

【摘要】:正從全球范圍來看,電子商務(wù)突破了傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)所受的時空和渠道制約,使企業(yè)市場無疆域擴展和總成本降低成為可能,并極大促進了物流,尤其是快遞業(yè)的發(fā)展。在供應(yīng)鏈中,電商與快遞企業(yè)是上下游的合作關(guān)系,前者在上游將提供的訂單轉(zhuǎn)化成包裹,后者則通過自己的服務(wù)把包裹送到消費者手中。
[Abstract]:On a global scale, E-commerce has broken through the constraints of time and space and channels for traditional commerce, making it possible for enterprises to expand their markets without territory and reduce their total costs, and has greatly promoted the development of logistics, especially the express delivery industry. In the supply chain, ecommerce and express delivery companies work upstream to convert orders into parcels, while the latter deliver packages to consumers through their own services.
