【摘要】：供應鏈金融是解決中小企業(yè)融資難的重要融資方式之一,本文主要研究供應鏈金融模式中的一種——融通倉模式,并以分銷商為主體,在傳統(tǒng)庫存管理中嵌入融通倉模式,研究了分銷商在融通倉模式下的庫存管理策略。本文介紹了蘇州華成集團如何成功地采用融通倉模式進行庫存管理,并對中小企業(yè)庫存管理策略提供了一些建議。
[Abstract]:Supply chain finance is one of the most important ways to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper mainly studies one of the financing modes of supply chain, which is the financing warehouse mode, which is embedded in the traditional inventory management with distributors as the main body. This paper studies the inventory management strategy of distributors in the financing warehouse mode. This paper introduces how Suzhou Huacheng Group successfully adopts the financing warehouse model to carry out inventory management, and provides some suggestions for the inventory management strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises.
