【摘要】：現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在經(jīng)濟全球化不斷發(fā)展的時代背景下紛紛采取供應(yīng)鏈管理模式。但是，在追求精益化的過程中，由于受到自然災(zāi)害、人為等因素的威脅，供應(yīng)中斷現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生變得日益頻繁。采購環(huán)節(jié)處于供應(yīng)鏈的源頭，受供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險的危害最大，一旦發(fā)生供應(yīng)中斷，不僅會影響企業(yè)自身的生存和發(fā)展，而且還會給供應(yīng)鏈下游企業(yè)造成巨大損失，甚至?xí)绊懻麄�供應(yīng)鏈運行效率的提高。因此，，在供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險下制定一個合理有效的訂貨策略、保證供應(yīng)鏈的正常運行有著很大的現(xiàn)實意義。 論文首先介紹了研究背景和意義，總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈中斷風(fēng)險管理、供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險下的訂貨策略等研究現(xiàn)狀，闡述了供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險下訂貨策略相關(guān)理論；其次，介紹了A公司的訂貨現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題；再次，以A公司和n家備選供應(yīng)商組成的二級供應(yīng)鏈為研究背景，站在A公司的角度，建立了其在需求確定下不考慮供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險、需求確定下考慮供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險、需求不確定下考慮供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險三種情形下的整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型，通過LINGO11.0軟件對供應(yīng)商數(shù)量和訂單分配數(shù)量進行求解，將結(jié)果進行對比分析并得出結(jié)論，驗證了該研究問題和模型的可行性和現(xiàn)實性；最后，對A公司目前存在的問題提出了進一步改進的措施，完善A公司在供應(yīng)中斷風(fēng)險下的訂貨策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, modern enterprises adopt supply chain management mode one after another. However, in the process of pursuing Lean, supply interruption has become more and more frequent due to the threat of natural disasters and human factors. The procurement link is at the source of the supply chain, and the risk of supply interruption is the most harmful. Once the supply interruption occurs, it will not only affect the survival and development of the enterprise itself, but also cause huge losses to the downstream enterprises of the supply chain. It will even affect the efficiency of the whole supply chain. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to formulate a reasonable and effective ordering strategy under the supply interruption risk to ensure the normal operation of the supply chain. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of supply chain interruption risk management, supply interruption risk ordering strategy, and expounds the relevant theory of supply interruption risk ordering strategy. Secondly, it introduces the order status and existing problems of A company. Thirdly, taking the secondary supply chain composed of A company an dna lternative suppliers as the research background, from the perspective of A company, this paper establishes that the supply interruption risk is not considered under the demand determination, and the supply interruption risk is considered under the demand determination. The integer programming model considering supply interruption risk under uncertain demand is solved by LINGO11.0 software. The results are compared and analyzed. The feasibility and reality of the model are verified. Finally, further improvement measures are put forward for the problems existing in company A, and the ordering strategy of company A under the risk of supply interruption is improved.
