基于Petri網(wǎng)的圖書配送中心業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous opening and market-oriented operation of the book industry, the market competition of the book industry is becoming increasingly fierce. This change is reflected not only in a more networked, intensive and flexible enterprise development strategy, but also in a supply chain service that pays more attention to the integration of business flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow, as well as in information technology. Innovation and creation of e-commerce and logistics system. Logistics, as the third profit source, is paid more and more attention by various industries. As the node and hub of the logistics system, the distribution center can give full play to the role of logistics as the third profit source, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, so as to ensure the smooth and smooth supply chain and enhance the market competitiveness of the book industry chain. This paper takes the business process of the book distribution center as the research object, uses Petri net to model, analyzes and optimizes the business process, finds out the unreasonable link in the process, and optimizes and improves it. Therefore, it has important theoretical research value and practical significance to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operating cost of the book distribution center. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on distribution center, business process and Petri net, and summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper. For the following modeling and optimization analysis laid the foundation. Secondly, this paper analyzes the business status of book distribution center. This paper introduces the meaning and characteristics of book distribution center, and analyzes the management and operation status of book distribution center. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the business process of the book distribution center above, this paper introduces the principles and ideas of modeling using Petri net, validates the correctness of the model by using six simplified rules of Murata, and analyzes the time performance of the model. At the same time, the optimization method of the model is proposed. Then, according to the present situation of the business process of JFS book distribution center, this paper analyzes its business operation process, establishes the business flow chart, and uses Petri net to model the existing business process. After the correctness of the model is verified, the synchronization and conflict links in the model are found through the Petri net association matrix, and the optimization measures are put forward. At the same time, the time performance index of the model is calculated, and the validity of the model optimization is proved by comparing and analyzing the whole running time before and after the model optimization. The practical significance of this paper is expounded from the empirical point of view. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text, also puts forward the shortcomings of the article and the need for further research ideas and directions.
