【摘要】：隨著生活水平和購(gòu)買(mǎi)力的提高,居民對(duì)乳制品的需求不斷增長(zhǎng)。然而,近年來(lái)乳制品的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題往往嚴(yán)重?fù)p害了消費(fèi)者的利益,促使更多關(guān)注點(diǎn)集中在乳制品是否安全可靠上。乳制品供應(yīng)鏈的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是導(dǎo)致質(zhì)量問(wèn)題發(fā)生在乳制品上的一個(gè)重要因素,加強(qiáng)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈管理可以有效地防止質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的發(fā)生。因此,對(duì)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳播和穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行深入研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)經(jīng)典的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行分析,引出乳制品供應(yīng)鏈模式和特征等內(nèi)容,結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)共性和乳制品供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)特性,建立乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化模型,并通過(guò)Matlab仿真,得到乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)隨時(shí)刻的演化動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程,通過(guò)演化模型算法,求解出乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的度分布、聚類系數(shù)和平均路徑長(zhǎng)度,并結(jié)合浙江貝因美公司乳制品供應(yīng)鏈的實(shí)證進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。仿真結(jié)果表明:隨時(shí)刻能夠加邊、加點(diǎn)、去邊、去點(diǎn)演化的乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)在趨于穩(wěn)定后具有較小的平均路徑長(zhǎng)度,較大的聚類系數(shù),其網(wǎng)絡(luò)度分布趨于冪律分布,具有“無(wú)尺度”網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)特征。在乳制品供應(yīng)鏈中,與上下游連接緊密的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)獲取新增連接的概率更大,并且,關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)作為乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主要焦點(diǎn),能夠直接影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整體演化。其次,對(duì)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)力學(xué)行為進(jìn)行研究,主要分析了乳制品供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素抽象成某一層級(jí)節(jié)點(diǎn)感染成為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)節(jié)點(diǎn),合理考慮了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在建立模型的階與階之間的傳遞情況,建立了乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)散動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,得出了每階節(jié)點(diǎn)感染成為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)節(jié)點(diǎn)的概率表達(dá)式,并分析了隨著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)散系數(shù)和最小感染節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)的變化,四階網(wǎng)絡(luò)各階成為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)節(jié)點(diǎn)概率的變化情況,從層級(jí)角度對(duì)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特性進(jìn)行深化。最后,研究了乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)魯棒性,提出了一種乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)魯棒性分析的算法,通過(guò)設(shè)定不同的參數(shù),分別在隨機(jī)攻擊和蓄意攻擊下對(duì)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的魯棒性進(jìn)行分析,研究其網(wǎng)絡(luò)失效與攻擊節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)的關(guān)系,接著,對(duì)乳制品供應(yīng)鏈復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)失效的預(yù)防提出了應(yīng)對(duì)策略,最后結(jié)合浙江貝因美公司乳制品供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行實(shí)證演算,分析其網(wǎng)絡(luò)魯棒性特征,為保障乳制品供應(yīng)鏈的安全穩(wěn)定提供建議,進(jìn)而保證乳制品的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard and purchasing power, the demand for dairy products is increasing. However, in recent years, the quality of dairy products has often seriously damaged the interests of consumers, prompting more attention focused on the safety and reliability of dairy products. The risk of dairy supply chain is an important factor that leads to quality problems in dairy products. Strengthening the supply chain management of dairy products can effectively prevent the occurrence of quality problems. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the complex network risk propagation and stability of dairy supply chain. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the classic supply chain network is analyzed, and the model and characteristics of dairy supply chain are introduced, combined with the common structure of supply chain and the structural characteristics of dairy supply chain. The evolutionary model of dairy supply chain complex network is established, and the dynamic evolution process of dairy product supply chain complex network with time is obtained by Matlab simulation. The degree distribution of dairy product supply chain complex network is solved by evolutionary model algorithm. Cluster coefficient and average path length, combined with Zhejiang Beingmei Company dairy supply chain empirical verification. The simulation results show that the evolution of dairy supply chain complex network which can add edge, add point, remove edge at any time has smaller average path length, larger clustering coefficient, and the distribution of network degree tends to power law distribution. It has the relevant characteristics of "scale-free" network. In the dairy supply chain, the key node enterprises which are closely connected with the upstream and downstream are more likely to obtain new connections, and as the main focus of the dairy supply chain complex network, the key node enterprises can directly affect the overall evolution of the network. Secondly, the complex network dynamics behavior of dairy supply chain is studied, and the risk factors in each link of dairy supply chain are analyzed, and the risk factors are abstracted into a certain level node infection as a risk node. Considering the transfer of risk between the order and the order of the model, the risk diffusion dynamics model of the dairy supply chain complex network is established, and the probability expression that every node infection becomes the risk node is obtained. With the change of the risk diffusion coefficient and the minimum number of infected nodes, the change of the probability of the fourth order network becoming the risk node is analyzed, and the characteristics of the complex network structure of the dairy supply chain are deepened from the perspective of the hierarchy. Finally, the robustness of dairy supply chain complex network is studied, and a robust analysis algorithm of dairy supply chain complex network is proposed. This paper analyzes the robustness of dairy supply chain complex network under random attack and deliberate attack, studies the relationship between the network failure and the number of attack nodes, and then puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the dairy supply chain complex network failure. Finally, combining with the empirical calculation of Zhejiang Beingmei Company's dairy supply chain, the characteristics of network robustness are analyzed to provide suggestions for ensuring the safety and stability of dairy supply chain, and then to ensure the quality of dairy products.
