M汽車零配件企業(yè)采購(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理及供應(yīng)商管理研究
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of competition in automobile industry, the competition among enterprises is the competition between the whole supply chain and other supply chains. Procurement management and supplier management are very important links in auto parts enterprises. Procurement management and supplier management in automobile industry can reduce procurement risk and control product quality effectively. Improving the competitiveness of products plays a vital role. This paper summarizes the relevant theories of purchasing management and supplier management, taking M automobile spare parts enterprise purchasing management and supplier management as an example, combining the conditions and characteristics of M automobile spare parts enterprise. This paper expounds the current situation of procurement management in M auto parts enterprises, aiming at the problems existing in its procurement management, taking the relevant theories of procurement management and supplier management as the guidance, classifies and analyzes the procurement risks of M auto parts enterprises. Identify and control to minimize damage to M auto parts companies. Secondly, the supplier selection and evaluation process of M auto parts enterprise is improved and the supplier promotion process is defined. At the same time, according to the classification of suppliers, this paper expounds supplier relationship management, and by analyzing the situation of M auto parts supplier, proposes the classification, maintenance and promotion of supplier relationship in M auto parts enterprise. The results of this paper are helpful to optimize the internal purchasing risk management process and supplier management process and reduce the purchasing risk.
