模型預(yù)測控制在閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文采用模型預(yù)測控制方法研究了不確定條件下閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同模型、求解算法問題。著重分析了一個考慮再制造及退貨的三級閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈與一個考慮了回收中心的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈,重點(diǎn)考慮閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的生產(chǎn)與庫存控制,構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的庫存平衡數(shù)學(xué)模型并利用控制理論中的模型預(yù)測控制方法進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)與庫存控制,,仿真曲線較理想,減小了牛鞭效應(yīng),達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的。為企業(yè)中對閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的生產(chǎn)、庫存控制提供了理論指導(dǎo)。本文的主要工作有: 第一,闡述了閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)生的背景,分析我國閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈研究的現(xiàn)狀和不足,提出了新的研究方向; 第二,對閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地總結(jié),包括:供應(yīng)鏈的概念、逆向物流定義,然后延伸到閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈的概念、背景、實(shí)施情況與領(lǐng)域、設(shè)計原則、實(shí)施問題等;通過兩個典型的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作方式進(jìn)行形象的探討; 第三,對模型預(yù)測控制基本理論進(jìn)行了闡述,并對模型預(yù)測控制在供應(yīng)鏈領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡要綜述。介紹了牛鞭效應(yīng)的問題; 第四,對一個考慮了再制造及退貨的三級閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈建立了庫存平衡狀態(tài)空間模型,隨后進(jìn)行了算例仿真,分別就無約束和有約束兩種情況求解。得到生產(chǎn)、庫存、牛鞭效應(yīng)的性能曲線; 第五,對一個考慮回收中心的閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈建立了庫存平衡狀態(tài)空間模型,然后對狀態(tài)估計及預(yù)測、目標(biāo)函數(shù)做了介紹,進(jìn)行了必要的公式推導(dǎo);隨后進(jìn)行了算例仿真,分別就無約束和有約束兩種情況求解。得到生產(chǎn)、庫存、牛鞭效應(yīng)的性能曲線; 最后,總結(jié)了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),指出本文的局限性及需要進(jìn)一步完善和深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the model predictive control method is used to study the cooperative model of closed-loop supply chain network under uncertain conditions, and the algorithm is solved. A three-level closed-loop supply chain considering remanufacturing and return and a closed-loop supply chain considering the recycling center are analyzed, with emphasis on the production and inventory control of the closed-loop supply chain. The corresponding mathematical model of inventory balance is constructed and the model predictive control method in control theory is used to carry out production and inventory control. The simulation curve is ideal and the bullwhip effect is reduced and the expected purpose is achieved. It provides theoretical guidance for the production and inventory control of closed-loop supply chain. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, the background of the closed-loop supply chain is expounded, the current situation and shortcomings of the closed-loop supply chain research in China are analyzed, and a new research direction is put forward. The basic theory of closed-loop supply chain is summarized systematically, including: the concept of supply chain, the definition of reverse logistics, and then extends to the concept, background, implementation and field of closed-loop supply chain, design principles, implementation issues, etc. Through two typical closed-loop supply chain operation mode to discuss the image. Third, the basic theory of model predictive control is expounded. The research status of model predictive control in supply chain is summarized briefly. The problem of bullwhip effect is introduced. Fourthly, the inventory equilibrium state space model is established for a three-level closed-loop supply chain considering remanufacture and return. The unconstrained and constrained cases are solved respectively. The performance curve of production, inventory and bullwhip effect is obtained. Fifth, the inventory equilibrium state space model of a closed-loop supply chain considering recovery center is established, and then the state estimation and prediction are introduced, and the objective function is introduced. The necessary formulas are deduced, and then an example is given to solve the unconstrained and constrained cases. The performance curves of production inventory and bullwhip effect are obtained. Finally the innovation points of this paper are summarized and the limitations of this paper and the direction of further improvement and further research are pointed out.
