【摘要】：供應鏈伙伴間合作的核心是實時共享與計劃和運營有關的信息。供應鏈管理的根本是為了更加有效的決策及活用于供應鏈伙伴間共享信息的信息技術。因此信息技術被認為在合作伙伴間起了合作的核心動因的作用。本研究的目的是探究信息技術活用和信息技術成果對企業(yè)成果的影響。為此,以有企業(yè)間合作經(jīng)驗的250個企業(yè)為對象進行了問卷調(diào)查。分析結果顯示戰(zhàn)略一致性、信息技術力量、CEO對信息技術部門的支援對企業(yè)的信息技術活用有顯著影響,信息技術活用程度對信息技術成果和合作成果有顯著影響,同時信息技術成果對合作成果也有顯著影響。因此,在最高經(jīng)營者的支持下,若能樹立具有足夠力度和一貫性的戰(zhàn)略并能活用信息技術,供應鏈的合作成果就會得到改善。
[Abstract]:The core of cooperation among supply chain partners is the sharing of information related to planning and operation in real time. The fundamental purpose of supply chain management is to make more effective decisions and to use information technology to share information among supply chain partners. Therefore, information technology is regarded as the core motivation of cooperation among partners. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of information technology usage and information technology achievements on enterprise achievements. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 250 enterprises with experience in inter-firm cooperation. The results show that the strategic consistency, the CEO's support to the IT department has a significant impact on the enterprise's information technology reuse, and the degree of IT reuse has a significant impact on the information technology achievements and cooperation results. At the same time, the results of information technology also have a significant impact on the results of cooperation. Therefore, with the support of the top managers, if a strategy with sufficient strength and consistency can be set up and information technology can be used flexibly, the results of cooperation in the supply chain will be improved.
