【摘要】：不同于以往從創(chuàng)新的動力、過程、結(jié)果以及內(nèi)部影響因素等方面研究企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,以2009—2014年在創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市的公司為研究對象,首次基于客戶集中度變化的動態(tài)視角,考察分析環(huán)境不確定性約束條件下客戶集中度對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響。研究表明,客戶集中度與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),且環(huán)境不確定性的提高強(qiáng)化了這種負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;客戶集中度的增加會提高客戶的議價能力,蠶食企業(yè)利潤空間,加大道德風(fēng)險、經(jīng)營風(fēng)險和財務(wù)風(fēng)險,從而削弱企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力。同時,企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)實時調(diào)整經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,提升自身在供應(yīng)鏈管理中的話語權(quán)與市場競爭力,消解客戶集中度的不利影響,應(yīng)對環(huán)境不確定性對企業(yè)管理和市場競爭力的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Different from the previous research on innovation ability from the aspects of innovation power, process, results and internal influencing factors, the companies listed on the gem from 2009-2014 are the first time based on the dynamic perspective of the change of customer concentration. The influence of customer concentration on the innovation ability of enterprises under the constraint of environmental uncertainty is investigated and analyzed. The research shows that the customer concentration degree has a significant negative correlation with enterprise innovation ability, and the increase of environmental uncertainty strengthens the negative correlation, and the increase of customer concentration degree will improve the bargaining power of the customer and eat into the profit space of the enterprise. Increase moral hazard, management risk and financial risk, thus weakening the innovation ability of enterprises. At the same time, enterprises should adjust their management strategy in real time, improve their voice and market competitiveness in supply chain management, eliminate the adverse influence of customer concentration, and deal with the challenge of environmental uncertainty to enterprise management and market competitiveness.
