【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟時代,加強供應鏈管理,有效控制機會主義行為,實現(xiàn)供應鏈企業(yè)間協(xié)同作用已成為提升企業(yè)績效水平的關(guān)鍵。文章通過文獻梳理,構(gòu)建了機會主義行為、交互能力、信任與合作績效的關(guān)系模型,利用156家企業(yè)的樣本數(shù)據(jù),運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,對上述關(guān)系模型進行了實證分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:供應鏈企業(yè)間機會主義行為對交互能力、信任與合作績效有顯著的負向影響;供應鏈企業(yè)間信任對交互能力與合作績效有顯著的正向影響;供應鏈企業(yè)間交互能力對合作績效有顯著的正向影響;在機會主義行為與合作績效之間的關(guān)系研究中,交互能力和信任起中介作用。
[Abstract]:In the era of network economy, strengthening supply chain management, effectively controlling opportunistic behavior and realizing synergy among supply chain enterprises have become the key to improve enterprise performance. Through literature review, this paper constructs a relational model of opportunistic behavior, interaction ability, trust and cooperative performance. Using the sample data of 156 enterprises and structural equation model, the above relational model is empirically analyzed. The results show that the opportunistic behavior of supply chain enterprises has a significant negative effect on interaction ability, trust and cooperation performance, and trust among supply chain firms has a significant positive impact on interaction ability and cooperative performance. In the research of the relationship between opportunistic behavior and cooperative performance, interaction ability and trust play an intermediary role.
