日立環(huán)球香港物流中心的服務(wù)增值再造研究

【摘要】:伴隨著現(xiàn)代信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的日益完善和世界運(yùn)輸業(yè)的自由化,作為物流業(yè)的新興領(lǐng)域,第三方物流逐漸發(fā)展成為現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的主題。第三方物流能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)降低物流成本,使企業(yè)集中精力于核心業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng),而物流服務(wù)增值則可以為企業(yè)進(jìn)一步降低物流成本,提高客戶滿意度以及增強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作的整體績(jī)效。物流服務(wù)增值業(yè)務(wù)意味著定制化、個(gè)性化、超常規(guī)的物流創(chuàng)新延伸業(yè)務(wù),這些延伸服務(wù)最具有增值性,但也是最難提供的服務(wù)。目前,能否提供此類(lèi)增值服務(wù)已成為衡量第三方物流企業(yè)是否真正具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 基于以上研究背景,本論文在對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,首先介紹了第三方物流以及第三方物流服務(wù)增值的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展方向,概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外在該領(lǐng)域的研究情況,系統(tǒng)的闡述了服務(wù)增值和流程再造的特征、過(guò)程和方法。然后論文聯(lián)系日立環(huán)球香港物流中心的實(shí)際,以其現(xiàn)有的流程和物流服務(wù)類(lèi)型為依據(jù),分析了日立環(huán)球香港物流中心在個(gè)性化需求、定制化服務(wù)、快速響應(yīng)能力等方面對(duì)第三方服務(wù)增值再造的需求,這些需求是企業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù)增值的內(nèi)在要求。接著,從生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和第三方物流企業(yè)兩方的不同角度闡述了開(kāi)展物流服務(wù)增值的障礙。在找準(zhǔn)物流服務(wù)增值的需求和障礙后,論文重點(diǎn)詳細(xì)的提出了日立環(huán)球香港物流中心服務(wù)增值再造的方案設(shè)計(jì),從再加工環(huán)節(jié)、分揀與包裝環(huán)節(jié)、信息通訊系統(tǒng)和逆向物流環(huán)節(jié)四個(gè)方面依次提出對(duì)應(yīng)客戶需求的服務(wù)增值再造方案設(shè)計(jì),并給出新的作業(yè)流程和優(yōu)化方案。最后,論文分析了服務(wù)增值再造所需要建立的保障措施,包括管理觀念的變革、創(chuàng)新文化的培養(yǎng)以及信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用三方面。 本論文采用理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,將物流服務(wù)增值理論和流程再造理論運(yùn)用于日立環(huán)球香港物流中心的服務(wù)增值管理中,對(duì)其他電子類(lèi)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)或運(yùn)作電子類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的第三方物流企業(yè)有很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of modern information network technology and the liberalization of world transportation industry, as a new field of logistics industry, third-party logistics has gradually developed into the theme of modern logistics industry. The third party logistics can reduce the logistics cost for the enterprise, make the enterprise concentrate on the management of the core business, and the value-added logistics service can further reduce the logistics cost for the enterprise. Improve customer satisfaction and overall performance of supply chain operations. The value-added service of logistics service means customized, individualized, extraordinary logistics innovation extension service, which is the most value-added service, but also the most difficult service to provide. At present, whether or not to provide such value-added services has become a measure of whether the third party logistics enterprises are truly competitive. Based on the above research background, this paper firstly introduces the current situation and development direction of the third party logistics (TPL) and third party logistics (TPL) service value-added, and summarizes the research situation in this field at home and abroad on the basis of combing the relevant theories. The characteristics, processes and methods of service increment and process reengineering are expounded systematically. Based on the existing process and logistics service type, the paper analyzes the personalized demand and customized service of Hitachi Global Hong Kong Logistics Center. The demand for the third party service value-added reengineering from the aspect of rapid response ability is the inherent requirement of enterprise development service increment. Then, from the production enterprise and the third party logistics enterprise's different angle, elaborated the logistics service increment barrier. After identifying the demand for and obstacles to value-added logistics services, the paper puts forward in detail the design of service value-added reengineering for Hitachi Global Hong Kong Logistics Center, from the aspects of reprocessing, sorting and packaging. Four aspects of information and communication system and reverse logistics link in turn put forward the design of service value-added reengineering scheme corresponding to customer demand and give out new operation flow and optimization scheme. Finally, the paper analyzes the safeguard measures needed for service value-added reengineering, including the reform of management concept, the cultivation of innovation culture and the application of information technology. In this paper, the theory of value-added logistics service and the theory of process reengineering are applied to the service value-added management of Hitachi Global Logistics Center by combining theory with practice. It can be used for reference by other electronic manufacturing enterprises or third party logistics enterprises operating electronic products.
