日立環(huán)球香港物流中心的服務(wù)增值再造研究
[Abstract]:With the improvement of modern information network technology and the liberalization of world transportation industry, as a new field of logistics industry, third-party logistics has gradually developed into the theme of modern logistics industry. The third party logistics can reduce the logistics cost for the enterprise, make the enterprise concentrate on the management of the core business, and the value-added logistics service can further reduce the logistics cost for the enterprise. Improve customer satisfaction and overall performance of supply chain operations. The value-added service of logistics service means customized, individualized, extraordinary logistics innovation extension service, which is the most value-added service, but also the most difficult service to provide. At present, whether or not to provide such value-added services has become a measure of whether the third party logistics enterprises are truly competitive. Based on the above research background, this paper firstly introduces the current situation and development direction of the third party logistics (TPL) and third party logistics (TPL) service value-added, and summarizes the research situation in this field at home and abroad on the basis of combing the relevant theories. The characteristics, processes and methods of service increment and process reengineering are expounded systematically. Based on the existing process and logistics service type, the paper analyzes the personalized demand and customized service of Hitachi Global Hong Kong Logistics Center. The demand for the third party service value-added reengineering from the aspect of rapid response ability is the inherent requirement of enterprise development service increment. Then, from the production enterprise and the third party logistics enterprise's different angle, elaborated the logistics service increment barrier. After identifying the demand for and obstacles to value-added logistics services, the paper puts forward in detail the design of service value-added reengineering for Hitachi Global Hong Kong Logistics Center, from the aspects of reprocessing, sorting and packaging. Four aspects of information and communication system and reverse logistics link in turn put forward the design of service value-added reengineering scheme corresponding to customer demand and give out new operation flow and optimization scheme. Finally, the paper analyzes the safeguard measures needed for service value-added reengineering, including the reform of management concept, the cultivation of innovation culture and the application of information technology. In this paper, the theory of value-added logistics service and the theory of process reengineering are applied to the service value-added management of Hitachi Global Logistics Center by combining theory with practice. It can be used for reference by other electronic manufacturing enterprises or third party logistics enterprises operating electronic products.
