【摘要】：在我國，中小企業(yè)的物流管理水平比較低，物流資源呈現(xiàn)出分散和弱小的特點(diǎn)，這一方面對中小企業(yè)的市場競爭能力產(chǎn)生了不良影響，另一方面也導(dǎo)致了社會(huì)物流資源的嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)。所以在當(dāng)下的中國，中小企業(yè)物流如何發(fā)展是一個(gè)重要課題。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的今天，現(xiàn)代企業(yè)間的競爭已經(jīng)發(fā)生根本改變，已由單個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榕c競爭企業(yè)相關(guān)的眾多供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭。在這種背景下，中小企業(yè)對物流的需求不斷提高，各類企業(yè)都希望物流公司能夠提供一整套完整的綜合服務(wù)。因此，第四方物流(Fourth Party Logistics)，一種新的物流形態(tài)產(chǎn)生了。這也為我國物流業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)方向。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括： 1、第四方物流基本理論研究。該部分分析了第四方物流的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)，對第四方物流的運(yùn)作機(jī)理做了深入的分析，闡述了其運(yùn)作的基本理念及運(yùn)作模式等。并比較分析了第四方物流和第三方物流的區(qū)別。 2、供應(yīng)鏈管理基本理論研究。該部分陳述了供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈管理的定義和主要內(nèi)容，分析了中小企業(yè)實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理的必要性。并對中小企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀及問題作了研究。 3、第四方物流給中小企業(yè)帶來的效益。對第四方物流是否適合中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展，能不能對中小企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理產(chǎn)生催化劑的作用進(jìn)行一個(gè)探討。研究第四方物流在供應(yīng)鏈管理中對提高中小企業(yè)物流運(yùn)作效率和降低物流成本等方面的問題。
[Abstract]:In our country, the level of logistics management of small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively low, and the logistics resources show the characteristics of dispersion and weakness. On the one hand, it has a negative impact on the market competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. On the other hand, it also leads to serious waste of social logistics resources. Therefore, in the current China, how to develop the logistics of small and medium enterprises is an important topic. In today's economic globalization, the competition among modern enterprises has been fundamentally changed, from the competition among individual supply chains to the competition among many supply chains related to competitive enterprises. In this context, the demand of small and medium-sized enterprises for logistics is increasing, all kinds of enterprises hope that logistics companies can provide a complete set of integrated services. Therefore, the fourth party logistics (Fourth Party Logistics), a new form of logistics emerged. This also provides a direction for the development of China's logistics industry. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The basic theory of fourth party logistics. In this part, the connotation and characteristics of the fourth party logistics are analyzed, the operation mechanism of the fourth party logistics is deeply analyzed, and the basic concept and operation mode of the fourth party logistics are expounded. The difference between fourth party logistics and third party logistics is compared. 2. Supply chain management theory. In this part, the definition and main contents of supply chain and supply chain management are stated, and the necessity of implementing supply chain management in small and medium-sized enterprises is analyzed. The current situation and problems of supply chain management in small and medium-sized enterprises are also studied. 3. The benefits of fourth party logistics to small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper discusses whether the fourth party logistics is suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and whether it can act as a catalyst for the supply chain management of small and medium-sized enterprises. Fourth party logistics in supply chain management to improve the efficiency of SMEs logistics operation and reduce logistics costs and other aspects.
