HD汽車零部件公司供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:汽車制造是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,任何一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的錯(cuò)誤都會(huì)造成整車的不合格,從而也將影響到供應(yīng)鏈的共同利益。確保汽車供應(yīng)鏈各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都受控,是擺在整車廠家及供應(yīng)鏈所有企業(yè)經(jīng)營者和管理層面前的一個(gè)重要課題。在整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上,所有成員企業(yè)的市場競爭力與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r均與其供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)所提供的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、成本乃至服務(wù)等息息相關(guān)。本文簡要介紹了以供應(yīng)鏈和質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論、質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略以及IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系。在理論回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)HD公司的供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析解剖,確立了基于質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略的管理對(duì)策,包括對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈的分級(jí)與定位、選擇與評(píng)定流程、考核與索賠、顧客特殊要求管理、質(zhì)量管理體系要求、安全生產(chǎn)與爬坡計(jì)劃、變更管理、問題解決與升級(jí)流程、幫扶與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等各環(huán)節(jié)存在的不足,提出了相關(guān)的優(yōu)化方案。論文研究的目的在于通過系統(tǒng)的視角,結(jié)合IATF16949:2016改版,基于質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略、供應(yīng)鏈管理和IATF16949的“鐵三角”模型,探索和提供一種可行的改進(jìn)方案。進(jìn)一步提升供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量穩(wěn)健性和敏捷性。同時(shí),也對(duì)同類汽車供應(yīng)鏈零部件企業(yè)的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)和實(shí)施IATF16949具有一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒和理論參考作用。
[Abstract]:Automobile manufacturing is a complex system engineering, any link of error will cause the whole vehicle unqualified, which will also affect the common interests of the supply chain. It is an important task to ensure that all aspects of the automobile supply chain are controlled in front of the vehicle manufacturers and all the managers and managers of the supply chain. In the whole industrial chain, the market competitiveness and development of all member enterprises are closely related to the product quality, cost and even service provided by their supply chain enterprises. This paper briefly introduces supply chain and quality management theory, quality strategy and IATF16949 quality management system. On the basis of reviewing the theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain quality management in HD Company, and establishes the management countermeasures based on quality strategy, including the classification and positioning of supply chain, the selection and evaluation process, the examination and claim for compensation. The shortcomings of customer special requirement management, quality management system, safety production and climbing plan, change management, problem solving and upgrading process, help and reward are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to explore and provide a feasible improvement scheme based on the quality strategy, supply chain management and IATF16949's "iron triangle" model through the systematic perspective, combining with the revision of IATF16949:2016 and the quality strategy, supply chain management and IATF16949's "Iron Triangle" model. Further improve supply chain quality robustness and agility. At the same time, it also has some experience and theoretical reference to improve the quality and implement IATF16949 of similar automobile supply chain parts enterprises.
