【摘要】：線上供應(yīng)鏈金融是金融機(jī)構(gòu)與實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)之間基于信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)而實(shí)現(xiàn)的深度融合和高級(jí)協(xié)同的共生系統(tǒng)，是傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈金融為順應(yīng)信息時(shí)代發(fā)展而呈現(xiàn)的新態(tài)勢(shì)。通過(guò)商流、資金流、物流和信息流的高度集成和實(shí)時(shí)共享，實(shí)現(xiàn)金融資源配置的及時(shí)性、安全性、有效性，，同時(shí)帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。線上供應(yīng)鏈金融共生系統(tǒng)的參與主體眾多，金融機(jī)構(gòu)、供應(yīng)鏈上企業(yè)、物流企業(yè)及四大平臺(tái)主體間的協(xié)同配合關(guān)系著其運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況和未來(lái)發(fā)展，而存貨融資模式又是其中最基礎(chǔ)、最具代表性的模式，因此，本文從共生視角研究存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的協(xié)同機(jī)制具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 本文對(duì)存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融進(jìn)行了概念界定和分類，剖析了系統(tǒng)中各參與主體的協(xié)同運(yùn)作流程。鑒于線上供應(yīng)鏈金融系統(tǒng)的共生特質(zhì)，從共生理論的視角，揭示了目前我國(guó)存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的共生現(xiàn)狀包括共生單元、共生模式和共生環(huán)境，并通過(guò)對(duì)其共生模式演變過(guò)程的剖析得出當(dāng)前我國(guó)存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融處于連續(xù)型、非對(duì)稱性互惠共生的結(jié)論。協(xié)同是共生的本質(zhì)、基礎(chǔ)和動(dòng)力，共生是協(xié)同的目標(biāo)。針對(duì)目前存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的共生狀態(tài)離理想的共生模式還有一段距離，本文從共生組織模式演進(jìn)和行為模式演進(jìn)兩個(gè)方面構(gòu)建有利于存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融系統(tǒng)向更高級(jí)共生狀態(tài)進(jìn)化的協(xié)同機(jī)制，包括組織機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同、信息協(xié)同、信任協(xié)同和利益協(xié)同機(jī)制。最后，在構(gòu)建協(xié)同機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上，架構(gòu)了線上供應(yīng)鏈金融協(xié)同性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)其協(xié)同性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，并從共生的視角對(duì)存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的進(jìn)一步協(xié)同共生發(fā)展提出了對(duì)策建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)：（1）從共生視角對(duì)存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，研究得出當(dāng)前我國(guó)存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融正處于連續(xù)性、非對(duì)稱互惠共生的狀態(tài)。（2）以共生理論為指導(dǎo)，研究了存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融參與主體之間的協(xié)同機(jī)制，包括組織機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同機(jī)制、信息協(xié)同機(jī)制、信任協(xié)同機(jī)制和利益協(xié)同機(jī)制。（3）構(gòu)建了存貨型線上供應(yīng)鏈金融協(xié)同性評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)估模型，利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)線上供應(yīng)鏈金融的協(xié)同性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:On-line supply chain finance is a symbiotic system based on the information technology platform between financial institutions and real industries. It is a new situation of traditional supply chain finance in order to adapt to the development of the information age. Through the high integration and real-time sharing of commercial flow, capital flow, logistics and information flow, the timely, safe and effective allocation of financial resources can be realized, and the development of related industries will be promoted at the same time. There are many participants in the online supply chain financial symbiosis system. The cooperation between financial institutions, supply chain enterprises, logistics enterprises and the four main platforms is related to its operation status and future development, and the inventory financing model is the most basic. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the coordination mechanism of inventory line supply chain finance from the perspective of symbiosis. This paper defines and classifies the inventory line supply chain finance, and analyzes the collaborative operation process of each participant in the system. In view of the symbiotic characteristics of online supply chain financial system, from the perspective of symbiotic theory, this paper reveals the present symbiotic status of China's inventory online supply chain finance, including symbiotic unit, symbiotic model and symbiotic environment. Based on the analysis of the evolution process of its symbiotic mode, this paper draws the conclusion that the supply chain finance in China's inventory line is continuous and asymmetrical and mutualism. Cooperation is the essence, foundation and motive force of symbiosis, and symbiosis is the goal of cooperation. In view of the present symbiotic state of supply chain finance on the line of inventory, there is still some distance from the ideal symbiotic mode. In this paper, the evolution of symbiotic organization model and behavior model are two aspects, which are conducive to the evolution of inventory line supply chain financial system to a higher level of symbiotic state, including organizational coordination, information coordination. Trust synergy and benefit coordination mechanism. Finally, based on the construction of collaborative mechanism, the evaluation index system of online supply chain financial synergy is established, and the synergy is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. From the perspective of symbiosis, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the further coordinated symbiotic development of inventory line supply chain finance. The innovation points of this paper are as follows: (1) from the perspective of symbiosis, this paper analyzes the current situation of the inventory line supply chain finance, and concludes that the inventory line supply chain finance in our country is in continuity at present. (2) under the guidance of symbiosis theory, this paper studies the coordination mechanism among the financial participants in the inventory line supply chain, including the coordination mechanism of organization and organization, and the mechanism of information coordination. Trust coordination mechanism and benefit synergy mechanism. (3) the key index system and evaluation model of inventory line supply chain financial synergy evaluation are constructed, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the online supply chain financial synergy.
