【摘要】：根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理模式要求,對(duì)船廠物資集配管理進(jìn)行信息化并建立數(shù)字化平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)集配中心與生產(chǎn)部門的物流、信息流交互。經(jīng)過流程再造,集配中心管理工作由傳統(tǒng)的物理調(diào)查、協(xié)調(diào)和查找等轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄冗M(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)虛擬操作模式,工作流程順暢,物流效率、倉庫利用率和托盤周轉(zhuǎn)效率得到大幅提高。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of supply chain collaborative management model, the shipyard material distribution management is informationized and a digital platform is established to realize the interaction of logistics and information flow between the assembly center and the production department. After the process reengineering, the management of the distribution center is changed from the traditional physical investigation, coordination and search to the advanced computer virtual operation mode. The workflow is smooth, the logistics efficiency, the warehouse utilization ratio and the tray turnover efficiency are greatly improved.
